I was pleasantly surprised by this nandos. I wdnt usually come here because of the location but we had a meeting in the area and I was blown away. The staff were all super friendly. The door came quickly. It seemed to be even more delicious than normal. Even the presentation was different...in a bowl not a plate. It seems there had been renovation and it's bigger. Done a great job with the place and I wd go out of my way to come here again.

The team is quick in serving its customers and the food is really good.

I'll never quit Nando's. I'm a great fan ❤️😘 African-Portuguese fusion, mouth watering food. Oh my, and the music makes everything come alive. One place where everyone is really enjoying their food and super friendly and chatty. Nandos Aberdeen in Union Square is my absolute fav spot. Its the first spot I tried Nando's and I just fell in love with the food. The staff are tops at both location, Aberdeen and Berners London. I daydream nowadays whenever I miss having peri peri grilled chicken 🤤. The only thing I see in shops where I am right now is the small bottle of Peri Peri sauce. I just want to cry coz I feel sad my country doesn't have Nando's.

I got one of the best service here and it was my first time visiting this Nando's today. The full chicken I bought was so succulent and mouthwatering.

I don't like this branch at all but because I was in town already. The service was slow and the worst part was they gave me black burnt chicken, three Quater chicken takeaways gone to waste along with my money!! It'll be a miracle if I ever buy Nandos again.

I'm unhappy with every aspect of my experience with this shop and the Uber eats used. Have complained to Uber Eats as well. Waited an 1hr and 20mins for an order that never came. They called me from there saying they sent my order already with a driver. No driver arrived and I've been waiting since since. How do I explain to the people I was buying food for that they now gonna sleep without eating,when we ordered in time. Unimpressed,never using that Nandos again.

The service is quite slow as the restaurant is always having a lot of customers, but the food is always good.

I really loved the fact that they have a hand wash basin outside the bathroom to allow people to wash hands before eating, they comply to infection prevention and control measures.

I liked the service, very friendly. I ordered a cheese burger and chips, however when I return to my hotel around the corner, I found the food was cold and the chicken filled was very dry and hard. I always order this meal wherever I travel, but this one did not meet my expectation. Maybe just have a look at not over cooking the filled and try keep the chips warn....Many thanks

The spinach was tasteless, I asked for tangy tomato as a flavour but they put lemon & herb which didn't even taste like it. The chicken was dry despite the extra sauce that I had requested, it was overdone. Not the juicy and tasty chicken that is usually served at Nando's. The pap was ok but the relish was also tasteless.

Almost an hour late. Minimal Communication. Chip's Cold. Waste of time and Money They offered to remake the order, but to what end? Another 2 hour wait? No thanks. East London Service leaves much to be desired. Nando's will reply with a quirky "chirp" about how we are sorry that your feathers are ruffled... and ...Please don't grill us etc etc . The jokes don't do anything to help the cause, in fact it highlights their absolute disregard for the paying customer. They never address the issue and don't provide any relevant feedback to their customers. Sad that the best takeout provider in the country is regressing at such an alarming pace.

Up to standard and friendly customer service, for a passer by in East London I felt no 9ne does 8t better than Nando's Oxford, the level of customer service says it all.

Best Nandos Food I've had. Hotpot and CasaPap, I had to go again for it, it was that good. Not the cabbage we're being served at other Nandos. Peri-tato salad was perinnaised just the right way. Everything I had was just too good. 8 months later Here I am eating the Hotpot cabbage we're being served at other Nandos. Peri-tato I ordered the other day was very dry.

Liked it, although management should always emphasize some sense of urgency on orders both to kitchen staff and servers, as I am certain that some of customers visit the restaurant as it is conveniently located on the way to the airport and any long delays might create dissatisfaction for such customers.
