This is a great destination for people who love spicy foods. Very conveniently located. Easily approachable. They provide variety of food items from not spicy to extra hot items. They are reasonable. Polite approach. Good customer satisfaction.

Such a unique menu, the food is great. Definitely worth the drive out to Gonubie. My favorite place to go to when I'm wanting something spicy. The dynamite sauce always brings tears to my eyes lmao but I always opt for it. And the beach is so close if you're looking for a great view when eating!

This place is an institution in Gonubie for nearly 20 years! I can fondly remember as a teenager on a Friday evenings we used to dare each other to see who would have the hottest double chick cheese burgers let's just say sometimes we'd still be feeling the after effects on a Monday morning! This place hasn't changed one bit bar my respect for spicy food.

Great friendly service, and the food is so friggin good! 🤤 Whether you want something spicy or regular, they cater for all. I ordered the Dynamite beef burger, plain cheese beef burger, extra hot steak burrito, extra hot chicken burrito, nacho gourmet chicken burger, and the biggest chips and lemme tell yah! It was devine. 👌 My only criticism is that they seriously need to get their phone sorted out - tried 9 times to phone beforehand to avoid the 30 minute wait, but had to wait because their telephone isn't working. 😑

I love Machachos . The food is incredible. Unfortunately after speaking to the staff time and time again still no results for the demand in question. Their opening times and closing times are ridiculous seems like they don’t want to cater for the customer demand. They open way too late and close way too early how many people need to portray their dissatisfaction before something changes

Absolutely shocking service. As a family of five we regularly drive from Beacon Bay to Gonubie just to get Mochachos. However their service, time and time again, is SHOCKING. Very disappointed! Waited 50 minutes for a few burgers ……. ridiculous!

Great food, excellent and fast service. The lady at the front desk taking the orders is always really friendly, and she clearly knows how to work with customers. I've had the chicken shawarma and the chicken strip chip roll, and both was really great and flavourful. Their hot just doesn't really burn in my opinion, but for someone else it might be too hot. But I would like if they can have something that burns more though. But otherwise really great place to get your next takeaway

My wife has been nagging me for months to take her to Mochachos. So on October 13, 2019 I took her there. She ordered 2x quater chicken and chips with the dynamite sauce. It was exactly as she described it...very very very hot. Folks, if you love spicy hot food Mochachos is your number 1 place to go to. Give them a try. My wife and I will definitely be going back...for more dynamite. Oh...the branch we went to was in Gonubie...in the main road. They are approximately 2km from the beachfront.

I come to stay with my friends in Gonubie, Frank and Raye Naude...about 6 times a year, to spend a few days and weekend with them. Our special treat is to order a meal from Mochachos after lawn bowls at Gonubie club on Saturday evenings. The food is Fabulous, and over 6 years it has remained top class! The chicken is the best I have ever had, the chips remain the best I have tasted from all so called chip shops in the Eastern Cape. The salads are so good. Gonubie Mochachos your service, staff and food is world-class. Can't wait for my next visit!!!
