Can't go wrong with steers extra crispy chips

After numerous orders not correctly prepared, my advice is to always check your order and be prepared to have some issues with your food.

I ordered a simple soft serve in a cup with caramel and a flake. They gave me one cup with plain soft serve and a flake and another cup with soft serve and caramel dip. So, so disappointing. I have the order back and got a refund...

Bought 4 Ice creams worst ever ice cream was watery sorbet put dip over yet it was dripping out the cone like water! Really terrible ice cream will never go back there again!!

The ice-cream recipe has changed and is not as creamy as it used to be.

Steers food quality is good but the service today is slow and the place isn’t busy.

It honestly saddens me to have to leave a terrible review for this place. While coming here this Wednesday, we saw both managers sitting on the wall not working, dancing around and shouting, how embarrassing for this place. Then for another employee who seems drunk to shout to my boyfriend to buy her a large milkshake. A which one of these customers should have to do that.

Having been bumped off in.Beacon Bay Steers. I found the place with power due to lockdown. The lady exceeded my expectations as she manually took my order and made sure it was delivered as soon as power was restored. That was true customer service. I even got confirmation on sight from delivery guy. This team deserves a huge star. They literally changed my earlier experience at another branch xxxxx

Absolutely so surprised by the lack of customer service. If you are not prepared to work the times you have published on your store details may I suggest you then change your operating times. Come on guys lets get it done right.

Customer service recieved from the cashier was terrible. Ice cream machine wasn't working. Staff weren't wearing masks when taking our order or while working with the food. Ordered a coke and the straw was thrown down on the counter at me. As for the food, half of it was nice, but the bag also enjoyed our other half as it was lying in the bottom of the packet when we received it. General attitude of the front staff was shocking.

They run out of chicken? What type of manager allows that? And the staff thinks it is funny. No man. Did you see Steers reply? I send contact details and they did not contact me. Sadly don't belief their story.

SHODDY AND POOR I have now taken my kids twice for ice cream only to be told by a gum chewing attendant that there was no ice cream. It is advertised that you can buy milkshakes and ice creams, but twice in a week, they have had none, and the person behind the counter was rude and chewing gum. I would rather drive to the Steers in Beacon Bay or give our support to the Windmill Junction. We had to wait in the queue to be treated poorly and not get what was advertised. They could at least put up a sign that says out of ice cream. SHODDY AND POOR PERFORMANCE

Chips were refried and the Oil tasted bad. The chips looked brown. Not fresh at all. Very disappointed

It's worth it to go to steers esspecially on "wacky wednesday"(every wednesday you can get 2 burgers for the price of one )because I have never disappointed with the food quality or service

Purchased 2 wack Wednesday, 4 burgers only to not have any garnish only lettuce, sauce and a Pattie. Horrible we did not request for anything to be removed from the burgers.

Whacky Wednesday specials are always a good option. However, the chicken fillet seems to have shrunk by some margin

Love Steers chips but haven't had steers in a long time. Could believe a burger could cost R160!

The cashier who served me today (Kwang a Klaas) (order #303) was very rude and not welcoming. She made me feel as if I was asking for favors yet I was paying. She doesn't treat customers with respect and profesiionalism at all. So annoying. The burger was also not very nice and not neatly prepared.

Ordered 2 Combo Bacon and cheese burgers from Kwanga a couple of minutes ago, only to get home and see 2 basic cheese burgers meals. Asked for a lemon twist buddy, got the can. That time I was charged for the things I did not get and it's not worth going back, waste of my fuel. Never coming back here. I was robbed.

This is the best steers in town! And they know what crispy chips mean. I was in a rush once and the manager undertook to deliver a single burger to my work across two suburbs. That's service!
