They didn't have any wings in stock and the toilet was out of order. I was wondering which toilet the staff use and most importantly where they go wash their hands. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I thought it WD be quicker to use the ordering WhatsApp app but they didn't have zinger wings on a Friday which is a super busy day and I was highly annoyed. I mean surely that's planning better because u know the wkend is busy and u know that it's popular. This wasn't the first time either. Previously the drive thro, no zinger burger , on more than one occasion , so can I give u the zinger sauce ? No that's not ok and up to my standard.

Today I got a very bad service from a lady by the name of Thembie who kept on asking for confirmation of my order even though I gave it to her she wouldn't give me my order. I had used the self help service and didn't get a slip but the system sent it through to my phone. I asked for my order of 15 pieces and she packed it but she didn't want to give me before she saw the confirmation. I showed it to her from my phone but this just gave attitude saying she can't see and she instead wanted to take my phone. I couldn't stand her attitude and asked for my money back. That's how bad the service is at this KFC Beacon bay.

Didn't have a nice experience due to the fact that all that I wanted from the menu was not available, the soda machine was not working and the meal that I wanted had an extra fee due the machine not working , I feel that when it's not my fault I should be accommodated not to be made feel cheated. Both nights the machine was not working and Wings were not available on the other meal I ordered so to me it was not ideal options ..

Disappointed. Yesterday evening I ordered the R84.90 deal (plus R2 for child support) - five pieces of chichen and some chips. Two thighs and a leg were fine. Two piuecves of whiute breast meat was shockingly tough and not so freshly fried. I will not be visiting KFC for soime time. Errol Symons

This KFC has to be most inconveniencing KFC in East London. If you want fast food, do not use this KFC because you will wait until Jesus comes. For over 3 months they did not have drinks in cups, this one time they did not have all the ingredients for a Krusher. From the drive-tru to using a food delivery service they never fail to disappoint. To top it of, the Staff is Rude and nonchalant about a service you paid for.

The service is in standard with most KFC's, luckily we didn't stay long in drive thru, and the ladies were nice.

I had a terrible experience at KFC Beacon Bay. I was told to wait in the car park for my order as it was still being prepared. 5 other cars came after my order was placed and were given their orders. My 10 piece family meal was brought to me only after I complained 25 minutes later. This is not my first experience of shoddy service from this outlet.

I recently visited KFC Beacon Bay and I must say that the food was great. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious. The staff members were friendly and attentive, making sure that my order was correct and that I had everything I needed. However, there was one issue that stood out to me. The promotional item at the time of my visit was often not available, which was disappointing. Despite this, I still had a good experience at KFC Beacon Bay. The food was great and the staff members were friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.

Told to use new order system on screen self service so we order 3 street wize 3 and chips and a large chip side what we got was 3 box's of 2 tiny pieces of chicken and regular chips I complaints said this is not what we order and was told "it procedure " I had to force them to fix it when i took my phone to take a picture they quicky fix the chicken to what it should be but I still feel the chips was regular size and was told it a portion and how the thing works in leaving we said that we won't go back to that kfc again or the gonubie branch all so due to horrible service . Please check your food before you leave buyers beware

Waiting in Drive Thru for 15 minutes now. Cars in front are all turned off waiting as well..... Why is this always the case here?

This is the 3rd time in a couple of weeks that I'm told to park on the side and they'll bring the food. The last time they lost my invoice (which they INSIST to keep) and mixed up my order. I've been waiting for 18min now. To say the service is poor is an understatement. They don't even advise you of these ridiculous waiting periods BEFORE you place the order. Terrible service!!!!!!

Everything is going well they save customers fast and the place is always looking amazing

Always full of delivery guys and staff sitting all over that you cant sit anywhere you have to sit in your car and eat and they scream and shout at each other and make lots of noise get someone to go sit there and see this

Serving us the tastiest chicken in the country. One lady on the window shouted at me though 😒. Please address. I'm sure she didn't mean to. She just had a bad day.

The cashier was struggling with the computer. According to her, the new system was installed so there was a lot of changes including menu arrangements. It took her 20 minutes to process an order as she couldn't figure out where to find what, and she was the only cashier at the time. Her fellow colleagues kept ignoring her when she call out for assistance until customers started complaining. That really sucks!

Best in east london. Service is good considering how busy they have been when I visit, they have never gotten my order wrong, yet. But I recommend always check your order before driving away.I've had unpleasant experiences with other branches that I like to avoid.

Never had a bad experience at this KFC, keep it up.

drive through was so slow , then I have asked for Sweet chill twister and I got classic twister, I asked my drink to be on a cup they gave me a bottle.😏😏

Good service. Did not wait long for food. Went there 3 times and everytime the food was served fast. Might be different during peak hours but i like that branch. Very friendly and helpfull staff aswell.

Not only did our order take over 40 minutes, but one of the meals were cold, not even warm! The burger was throw together,the bottom of the bun wasn't even with the other half of the burger. There was hardly any sauce on the burger so it was dry. Service was unfriendly. Sadly would not recommend Beacon Bay KFC. Do yourself a favor & rather go to Windmill, which is right there.

it's really good there and excellent service and their kitchens are always clean and don't smell of blood when we go into the back to so work for them

This Whatsapp ordering for collection is useless bring back a more quick and friendly approach. Call and collect is effective. My location is Beacon Bay yet I must collect in Vincent? Thats stupid. Always there's a problem with this kfc. Really unimpressed and never using you guys again. Like the app says plenty of kfc's around.

The service here is always "A" Grade for the staff at this KFC seems to be all clued up about customer care and service excellence 🙏thank you guys

Terrible waited more than 29 min for our order. Once again but worst this time. There is hardly any salad in the twisted and 1 small strip of chicken. So angry. The staff member who served us. Ignored us up until she had to give us the order. Her blouse was so badly worn out and torn under her arms. That was a very disgustingly sight.

The marketing and their service is very poor. I ordered the tweester meal which is R59.90 but they charged me R69.90, when I enquire they told me that they don't have the cups so they are giving me the bottle. My worry is that they should have told me when I place an order not when I'm paying because it feels like I'm being tricked while they are not. The customer service needs to improve.

Waited over an hour in the drive through for food. Couldn't leave because we had already paid and were blocked in by a concrete curb. If I could have left without the meals I would gladly have done so. Eventually I walked over to the "manager' and asked why they couldn't just let cars wait in the parking bays or just leave. He completely blanked me. The first car was two people waiting for four pieces of chicken. It hadn't moved in at least 45 minutes!! It was completely dysfunctional!

Pathetic service! Waited over 20min to get my order even though 3 different people worked on it. They would start getting items and then leave and a few minutes later someone else would start and leave. Additionally, there were multiple customers who ordered after me and received their orders before me! This is the last time I will order from this KFC.
