The heat is unbearable. The service is so slow. Having to wait more than an hour for your order. They don't even explain that they are not taking card payments, the let you wain in queue until you get to counter just to be told to go to self help cause they don't accept bank cards

Incompetent. I ordered online for collection, checked in and still waited 30 mins as the order wasn't ready. Useless and planless. Only 1 woman working with collection of orders. Keep your meal.

I love the service here but I see later that it's becoming a popular choice for most people and it takes a bit longer to get your order but overall, the service is great.. Big Up Team

The staff are really nice and accommodating but just so extremely culturally loud. The food prep was quick and what one expects from KFC but was a little oily. It still filled the hollow. The security guard was very pleasant, taking his duty seriously, he was firm but decent in his handling of the vagrants, which populate the perimeter of all these food outlets of an evening. For a quick bite? Yeah, it's all good. Definitely better than some just very loud. Especially the music, do not think for a moment you'll be able to listen to your own or watch a YT clip - even with headphones.

KFC as usual, wonderful service and they also offered to sign me up on their competition. As good as the chicken was, I always have a problem with their advertisement being so different from the actual meal which you'd find is way too small

The delivery was fast and reliable. And the food was still hot so l am happy with the delivery

The service at the Tillers is very good, the staff serving from the kitchen to distribution is working very well but distributing stuff is very talkative, they don't serve well at all, they must keep in mind that we go there because we're hungry. We need people who know what they are doing.

Hey they're efficient, went there on a busy day and expected to stay for longer before my order but was surprised.

Waited almost an hour for a take away. Service extremely poor

The food is incredibly bad and smells like it was fried in old oil. Got to the KFC at around 10pm SAST and the security guy asked that we stand outside and wait for the lights to come out, South Africa isn't stereotypically known for being safe. And the KFC is at a very busy spot so there was a lot of drunk people loitering about. Suggesting that customers stand outside in the dark to wait for the lights to come back on is not the best option, especially women. Staff was so unprofessional and bored after getting my order wrong.

Tge service was on point i got my order as soon as possible.

Their chicken and other things are really nice, they have two of those self order thingies, it's located near the university and they do have a payment option for intellicards, they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The personnel are very welcoming, they have may seats ,there's only one thing tho the strawberry sunrise krusher isn't filled to the top idk why, bothers me a bit

The service was fast and very friendly. I would like for KFC to have someone in store to let the customers know about the specials running on the App and let then load it because there is Free WiFi available. Other then that was nice to have a fast and quick meal.

Always my go to fast food outlet as I work across the parking lot from them and their service has always been pleasant. Except for today, I spent 30min waiting for a streetwise 2 and dunked wings. I went to the cashier to enquire as I see that people were coming and going and I was still waiting, her response was that my order ayikaphumi. By the time I got it it was cold meaning that it had been sitting there for a while and nobody bothered about it. The lady who handed it over to me apologized profusely though. I'm really disappointed but I guess we all slip up sometimes.

The satff can try and be a bit friendly and patient with their customers, overall service is okay but these definitely a room for improvement
