    I love McDonald, I really do.. but this thing is driving me away. I can’t order a large meal and you give this really... where is sauce? Where is rest cucumber? And the rest of what supposed to be there? No man!!!! where is the rest of my fries? Please don’t fool people!!! We have problems to deal with not worry about money I lost @ McDonald’s lousy meals.. Jeez I’m raging.

    It's the worse MC Donald for the service .One has to Wait,there for30 Min to an hour.There is literally not enough stuff everytime I come to buy you have to wait on their drive through for one waitress to go upstairs to prepare your meal and come down .it's irritating shame.. Vincent MC Donald is way better .can you please get more people this not right at all

    If I could give zero stars I would. I received a burger without the bottom part of the burger bun. That's so ridiculous! I was literally starving and seeing that just made me lose my appetite. What's worse is that the chips were dry and cold. Very displeasing. You guys need to do so much better!

    The experience was absolutely frustrating to the extent that I wouldn't even give them a star if I were able to. I went into the restaurant to redeem points, when I lost the points due to the incompetence of the cashier I was told that there was no way for them to reimburse me and that it was not their fault. Secondly the drive thru should be renamed a park thru due to how slow their service is, it's crazy how I had to wait 30min to place my order and another 30 minutes to get my order from a drive thru. I absolutely recommend that the store gets a manager otherwise the staff will surely run this establishment to the ground.

    DRIVE THROUGH Took 45 minutes to place and receive the order. This is not a fast food restaurant!!! The weakest coffee ever!!! Don't they have standards??? One sachet of tomato sauce amongst two people, and no salt!!

    We were there with a large group of 33 people, but a lot went wrong. A lot of things were missing and it took a whole hour before everyone was provided with food.

    We waited for almost 30 minutes on a drive thru to get our breakfast meal ready in the morning bare in mind we were going to work 🚩I think they should improve on faster service and please handout some new work T-shirts for collection department staff for them to be looking good because they are working with food. "Cleanliness makes you to look good.

    The food was amazing, the chips were great but the service was poor and the place is filthy :-(. Poor poor poor service and very unhappy staff. The only happy person was a young man in a dark grey t-shirp working as a teller. He tried to interact and had a big smile. The cleaning lady was so unhappy and rude to people. You guys can do better...

    If I've ever had bad service, the Mc Donald's in Oxford Street tops the cake. I had once before ordered a chicken salad, on line via a food service and my order was canceled because I had wanted to add corn to the order and they ddnt have any in stocks, so I was called by the service provider and they told me that they would cancel my order because they ddnt have corn and I told them to just take the corn order out as it was a side and that they should just give the the chicken salad but nope they had to cancel the whole thing. Fine today I go there cz my son wante McDonald's and that was the closest. We get there no one serving at the front. Eventually they come then we order, again a chicken salad, corn on the side and a happy meal. I'm told no cornand I was fine with it. We wait and wait for our order and wait. 30 minutes later I decide to get up to go ask for my order and politely tell the lady that if it doesn't come I would like to cancel the order and go somewhere else as I have a hungry child that needs to be fed hence we're here. The people at the back are talking and are oblivious to what is happening in the front, the lady then rushes to the back and apologises. 30 minutes later. Anyways my child happened to vomit while we were eating and I try wave to two stafff ladies standing a at the back cz I wanted even toilet paper to clean my child's mess but nope they were chatting away and Eventually I get up to go to the loo to go fetch T.p and only when I came out with a stack they started moving. Long story short. I call a lady not more than a meter away but she doesn't hear me czshe is busy laughing while on her phone. All u wanted was a lid to close my salad that was short in ingredients but thought let me not complain cz I was hungry😪. The service is astonishing.... 15 years I've have worked in customer service orientated environments and not even from day one have I not noticed what goes on where I am in a work environment. If training needs to be given please do so. As alot of places close due to lack of customer service. Heck, I will forgive short ingredients but staff oblivious to customer service, never..... I don't even know why I gave a star cz that place deserves no star at all shame

    Was served by a gentleman Gcobani, he was friendly and was kind enough to fill our cappuccino that was literally half milk froth, and he also helped us scan app for orders. Great customer service to him, he could teach those ladies in the tills a thing or too.

    Was there early this morning. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable lady helped me with the app . Ordered a few goodies, including 2 choc hazelnut ice coffees. Sad to say that the coffee was terrible. No sugar, bitter, bitter as my day was at home affairs in the sun. I tried calling a good couple of times, but the number was ALWAYS busy. The lady also didn't give me my slip when she gave my orders. My order was #300 and #301

    We waited almost 20 minutes between ordering and getting our food. There appeared to be only 2 staff members. One manning the orders and payment and the other filling the orders. One person alone cannot do that job. What he did provide was excellent. But he said that everyone was complaining because it was slow.

    I got a bad service in Mc Donald's Oxford Street 02 September 2021 i rhen called around 17:40 to get the name of the cashier by the drive through. This lady even threatened me that she will find me and will show me she's not scared of me i don't know where all that was coming from from just telling her she shouldn't give me an attitude when i am asking for price of a Spicy folder Reg meal. 03 September 2021 i got thru and spoke to a manager that promised to give me the cashier's name. Been waiting since past 9 am till now. Their phone is engaged not going through.

    2nd time I've been there, they were still slow, slow to take the order, slow to take payment and very very slow to bring the order. And on top of that we got half filled chips but we ordered large. And I don't understand why they were slow, we were the only car at the drive thru at that specific moment.

    Very disappointed.first the lady gave me the wrong order,4 large strawberry milkshakes instead of chocolate,then she got the odesity to tell me to park my car and go upstairs to change it,i refused,i told her and even showed her my slip,after about 20 minutes our milkshakes arrived but mine didn't taste nice,i was to mad to complain again just in case i get a special order if you know what i mean,bottomline terrible service if i can give them 0 stars i would

    Drive thru took approximately 30 minutes. The drive thru attendant with Crew ID 100 switched of the microphone box while I was ordering and came back 3 minutes later without any explanation why. At the window she had an attitude on some she got to me didn't she. No apology no nothing. The overall service of this McDonald's is deteriorating.

    So our order took time, the food was cold and the order was wrong. The lady is very slow and it seems as if she’s new but untrained. So we had to get a refund as she added something. The other staff at the kitchen were busy gossiping.and they did not have till slips . Very very disappointed

    Gave it a 3 star a few days ago. But after visiting them again this morning. A 0-star would be more appropriate. I stopped at the drivethrough. I asked if I can scan for loyalty and the lady responded by laughing. Asked why she was laughing and it goes quiet. After a while a lady came back on the intercom and asked my order. I asked why did she laughed and she said it was someone else. I reversed out there. And to top it off the lift was not operational and the stairs were full of rubbish. Will never go there again. We were the only customers there at 9 in the morning. Now I know why.

    Good morning, my recent visit to McDonald’s Oxford in East London was rather disappointing. I was quite excited to finally get to use the McDs app to get the exclusive promotions for the first time and the cashier did a great job assisting me with the app. However, when I opened my burger in the car it was extremely soggy and messy; the sauce even appeared to be more watery than what I’m used to from the other franchises. I wanted to rate the service on the app but they took my slips when I was collecting my food so I couldn’t get the barcode needed to do so. Please find attached the photos of the burger I received

    my family and myself stopped at this establishment on the evening of 03/04/23 based on the BIG 24hrs sign and upon exiting our vehicle we were approached by the security to state that the fast food franchise was closed, despite the fact that it has a big 24hrs sign right below the McDonalds sign (FALSE ADVERTISING), apparently that 24hrs is only affective on Fridays and Saturdays (as per the security guard), NOWHERE does it state this anywhere on that sign or on the building as far as I could see, MAYBE you should remove the 24hr sign and put your trading hours in it's place.

    Waited in the drive through line for almost 30 min. The staff member who handed us our order was less than friendly. We ordered a happy meal and received no kids toy. They were also out of Fanta which they only let us know at the window when collecting the order. On a positive note the food was hot.

    The place us lovely, service is good, it is situated on a beautiful sport but maybe they should also accommodate an elderly people as well, it is not easy for old age to walk up stairs, they should have ground place as well, if there is one then please do ignore the second of old ages,other than that, the okace is cool

    I stopped to grab some breakfast here with my children and did not like the service at all. The cashier appeared to be doubling up as the guy also serving the food once the order ls were ready. We had a long wait and it was not very nice. This needs to be addressed as perhaps this was due to staff shortages

    Quality service with a smile. If you compare it to the McDs in Vincent the drive through is quicker, a little tight to drive around but not terrible. Four star because I have had a burger there that was like carboard. I think perhaps their stock moves a little slower becaus there is a KFC across the road. I just got there early morning and got one of yesterdays burgers

    The speed of service at this outlet was APPALLING! We were in the drive thru for about 25 minutes. At each station I expected something to change - like a fool. The only window that provided fast service was the pay gate - go figure. I wondered whether it was new staff, or staff in training, but then I realiaed that the drive thru was receiving poor service from the kitchen. There were only about 5 cars in the queue too. I would've complained then and there, but I was heading back to Gqeberha and needed to get back on the road. Just don't go there....
