I waited for my order for more than 30mins and the store was not even busy, all what the stuff was doing was to make a noise, I’m not sure whether they were excited by the 31st Dec even so they should have work ethics and make sure that people get their orders on time. This ladies took my slip while still busy preparing it she was also on the phone which was not even work related because she was talking to “mntase”

They put old, discolored lettuce on the burger 🍔 Just look at this, a GRAND CHICKEN CLASSIC and a McCHICKEN looks the same 🤦. What a bad service 😳 😬

The drive through takes forever because there is usually a long line to the ordering station. Either than that, the food is amazing, the stuff is friendly and it was worth the wait. I tasted iced coffee for the first time and it was amazing.

I was 100% happy 😊 with the service I got here, I even shared my satisfaction with one of the staff members, everyone was friendly and polite. We didn't have to wait long before receiving our order, and my kids enjoyed the playing on the play area. I spent more than I had budgeted because of the friendly staff. Keep it up

Orders are 9/10 wrong, staff take their time and is such a mission just to order. Do yourself a favour and rather go to the Beacon Bay, Oxford or Amalinda McDonald's.

Went to this branch early morning. The google search shows this branch as "OPEN". The lady at the drive through said they are not yet open. I saw one staff member sitting at a table. The chairs are still on top of the tables. No activity at this branch. On what time line is this branch operating? If I look at the other reviews it seems this branch is on a downward trend. It also seems like the answers on some of the reviews are out of touch, not grasping the real problem. Staff. Will visit again next year to see if there is any improvement.

Had to wait 30 minutes to pay when only 1 car was sitting in front of us.. then had to wait another 5 minutes for bongelethu to receive payment... he then went on to ignore us and the only returned our change after a while... Clients whos meals take a while to be delivered to them are not even asked to wait in the waiting zone. Which delays other clients to receive their's This meant to be a fast food restaurant not fine dining.

Friendly and helpful staff, timely service and fresh food. Never had any issues with the self-help/self-order stations, and they're pretty simple to navigate. Haven't used the drive-thru though.

Service has become slow at this location, the last time I went the drive-through was filthy.

They didn't answer the drive-through intercom for a while, so I had to park and wait for sometime. After all that waiting I couldn't order what I wanted because they didn't have tomatoes and Jalapeño sauce. This was very poor service

Extremely friendly service. They had me install the Mc Ds app so that I can get free socks, key ring, and the Mc Cafe bag. Honestly I have never been so impressed. Also they introduced the points thing to me so I am out here eating Mc Ds for the Free Meals to come once my points are up there!!!

It's quick and easy to order and the service is incredible and the food is delicious it's a very nice place to go out to go eat or to do work because it's not loud, my favorite part is the charging outlets in the walls it's very efficient especially

Interior is beautiful. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately the kids play area is closed due to Covid-19. We also found that sit in clients waits forever while drive through clients gets prioritized. Food is what you can expect at any MacDonalds. Overall not a bad experience.

The drive through service here is soo pathetic I also promise myself never to come back, but it is sometimes the only convenience place when you in the area. The wait time is sooo horrendous and they don’t apologise or seem to see anything wrong with it. Not sure if this is a management issue or what but please do something about this franchise. Oh and they are fraudsters they cheat their system to make it look like you’ve received your order then they take your slip to their kitchen deleting it on the machine that shows orders being prepared and prepare at their own sweet time so it probably looks like their turnaround time is good on their reports.

Very unprofessional for an international chain group. Went for lunch yesterday via the drive thru, the lady at the other side was totally lost, so decided to go in the store and order, didn't get any better, the new ordering machines were not working, kept declining, No alternate way to order was offered, we tried multiple times to order but with no success. Whoever designed these machines had no clue as to where to put the credit card slot, as its so low and hard to reach, one has to literally go on your knees to be able to use it. Finally after all the hassles, everybody disappears and we were left wondering what's going on. Come on Macdonalds, up your game. That was an order of R 500 that you lost. Very disappointed 😥. We promtly left , not ordering anything and took our patronage elsewhere. Wake up guys.

Of cause we enjoy the convenience of a drive-Thru, but during peak hours, the que is crazy and it stops being a "fast food" restaurant and it becomes better to just go buy inside....

Mc D is always great. The store is always neat. The stuff members are always friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

Hubby and I decided to go to McDonald's to get some ice cream on a very hot day. We walked into the branch, there was not a single person to help us at the counter as we were using my app to redeem the ice cream. Some staff members were in the kitchen and saw us eventually and just ignored us. A manager then saw us, called for her 2 staff members to come and help us who were seated at the tables. The guy came to take our order, didn't even greet us. We told him we were there to redeem. He said we must just follow what the app says. On the redeem section there's a time out . We showed him the screen after it deducted my points. Eventually it timed out. He told us to try it again, it didn't want to work. The staff walked off, didn't even explain anything to us. So unhelpful. Won't be back again .

I love McDonald's, well they keep forgetting the children cooldrink like this was the 3rd time so always double check order.

It's a run of the mill McDonald's but the lady who helped us was just so friendly and very sweet with the little boy who was with me. I'll come again.

They have the best service. It's in close proximity of All retail shops and it's a kid friendly environment. You can have meetings there also.

Good food although you wait for some time for your order to get ready unlike other drive thru's where yu get your food on the next window and leave. You don't wait for a long time where you can be impatient though,its just longer than usual.

Well I've requested them to host a party for my daughter and at first the manager sandy was very friendly and explained all the procedures to me but wen the day of the b'day came things turned up side down... Before arranging the party I've asked the manager view questions since it was their first time hosting a party since COVID about the party well she explained and also include wat the party packet or box included whick I later declined since I wanted to do my own party packets but by the day of payment she included the party pack to my order which I dd not want and was so unprofessional about the situation and the service after that was not good I'll rate this a 0 rate she was so rude even just because I asked her bout my order I'll never advice or will I ever want to host a birthday party their again.... I went to McD's Vincent during my lunch break today and there was quite a bit of customers. After about 10 mins the supervisor noticed I'm still waiting. She went to Super woman mode and help to get the orders out quicker so that the few of us who are staff members that work in the area could get our meals and enjoy our lunch breaks. She's a star amongst stars.

The place have evolved with so much new technology, love the fact that you don't have to queue to pace order you have options of self service, the assistance on that is amazing. Super friendly staff has management that cares about customers. Awesome guys 👍

Worst McDonald's in town. Expect to wait 30 to 40 min for a simple order. I've been at this branch when it's empty and I still wait extremely long. Their quality of food also dwindles in comparison to the other branches.

As you'd expect any McDonald's to be. What more can I say, was just an average experience. Update. Not a pleasant experience. Dropped 1 star. Understandable they were busy, but scanning orders as ready to collect, they scan that you have collected then tell you to wait again. At least the staff were still friendly though...

We lost out on redeeming a deal off the app because the person at the drive through said his scanner was down, went in, dealt with a lady and tried four or five times only to find out the pc was down or something like that. MrD employees just waltz in and block up the collection counter with no social distancing adhered to.

Waited 43min in the drive through with only 5 vehicles in front of us. They forgot to give straws with the cool drinks, had to ask for a toy with the happy meal as they forgot and they gave us stoney instead of the Coke zero which we ordered. Chips were over salted. So unfriendly.

Great Experience the staff is just amazing they are patient with you and very experienced with the modern technology I didnt have any difficulties in orders as she was close to me when I was ordering and listening to my plea when I felt I didnt know. If it had a 10* rating definitely this deserves it's a pity I didnt get the name of the lady as I would've mentioned her by name but the whole stuff I compliment them exellent service. Now am home enjoying my Meal.

Worst service ever. There is no regard for customers waiting to be served inside. One cashier kept calling Yonela to come and assist but Yonela would not come through. After waiting 10 minutes, I went back to this cashier who told us that Yonela was busy at the back and would help us soon. As we were still talking, this cashier started helping a white lady who had just walked in, then told Yonela to assist with the checkout for this lady. All this time, Yonela was right there packing bags and ignoring the request to assist us. We drove all the way to Amalinda and got served in 2 minutes. Thank you, employees of McDonald's Vincent. My business will forever be Amalinda's.
