Great atmosphere. Excellent service. Massive compliments to the chef. First time visiting this gem of a place and we fit right in amongst the regulars.

My wife and I went for drinks and pizza and we were positively blown away! Super friendly owners and waiters, fantastic food and lovely craft gins and beers. You can see that a lot of thought and love went into their unique decor. There is definitely not another place with this look and feel in the whole of East London. Can't wait to go back and try some more of their mouth watering dishes!

Pizza was the same style as another local "health" wise restaurant in the area, waited longer than expected for the food, but still a good overall evening, would reccomend it.

Ice was one horrible huge chunk of ice with frost on it. Health hazard that. And food was raw. Misleading menu's forgetting to bring sides being reminded they forgot sides and still not bringing it. And they were not even busy. Would give this spot a miss. Oh and being offered a drink special only to be billed x3 the amount of the special and told there's no way to fix it on the system. This place haha nope.

Atmosphere and great food!

We went for the all you can eat pizza special. Friendly staff, great service and a nice variety of awesome pizza's. We didn't wait long for our meals or drinks. We'll definitely be back, thanks 😁

First time visit and will be the last time. No Castle light draught. No Castle lights. Order gin & Tonic. No Gordon's gin. My visitors from out of town not impressed with East London after that experience.

The food there is really good, staff is so friendly even the owners, this place hold more than just a good food and a cold beer,simply it hold a pure fun . I highly recommend 57 on Pearce.

Food was great, Manager had no clue what she was doing and couldn't manage her staff. Waiters not trained properly on mixing the cocktails but friendly service overall. Big no no was that the card machine wasn't charged and working on a Friday afternoon.

We order mixed grill there was no other meat but steaks so we opted for that. Jagermeister ran out so we only had one round of drinks. All this on their buy one get one free night. Very disappointing. Ended up going somewhere else. Service was good dispite all the hiccups

There was a waitress there that when I got there she was drinking a customers drink at the bar to taste it from as far as I could see. Thereafter, she attended to me, and when she came back from checking on my order in the kitchen she shouted from a distance that my order is still being prepared and used a hand signal of a slang nature to show that its coming. The chicken breast was really really really tough and it is clear that is was cooked maybe the day before or in the morning or was from from someone else’s plate that they didn’t eat and it was recooked and put in my takeaway. Furthermore, perhaps you should have a dress etiquette for the staff as the waitresses breasts were a bit invasive, as I think her top that she as wearing was a bit small unfortunately for a working environment. Other than that vibe seemed great and music was cool.

Came for breakfast at what seems to be a cozy Pub and Grub. Service was slow and the coffee machine was acting up, but when the coffee finally arrived it was all worth the wait. My omelette was tasty enough after I added black pepper. The sweet chili sauce was out of stock. Next door is a car business that made so much noise with an aerobics hour that I couldn't hear myself think!

Super super overpriced. Paid R350 for a basket which came with barely anything in it. Food itself was nice tho.

Pizza left alot to be desired, tasteless and sparce, had about 12 tiny strips of steak, cheese was definitely low qaulity and cheap dried origanum sprinkled for flavour. The Drinks are over priced, the waitress tried to charge me for several more rounds than actually had

I enjoyed the food basket that I ordered. Staff were absolutely friendly and they have a variety of dishes and drink. They take less time to prepare and the place is quite clean
