Customer service is impeccable. The food was great.

I left the N17 kfc and drove to Gonubie KFC due to food on menu availibility. Eventually, I had the manager involved to resolve my order request. It seems proper training on customer service or the application of such is lacking. Please have your staff know what is and is not available as well as train the manager and staff how to deal or resolve a complaint or query in a professional manner. My business as a patron did not feel valued at all.

Pretty much what you would expect from KFC. Drive though and counter service. Not often busy. Fast, friendly service when you need your fried chicken fix.

It has recently been renovated, repainted etc. Exterior and interior really look's gorgeous. Their customer service sucks. Room for huge improvement. Their burgers are not always up to standard.

Service was a bit slow, and not given the portions we asked for. Special request was NO CHICKEN BREASTS and all we got were EXACTLY what we didn't want. Very annoying

Staff are always friendly. The food is good although there have been the odd times when it has been a bit dry.

I'm not impressed with the service I received today from the lady whom was giving out/calling out orders today. We first walked into the store, she didn't even pay attention to us, she was busy conversating with the ladies serving in the drive through. A few moments later she left to join them at the back, leaving us standing at the counter. (Yet we were the only customers). My sister had to shout for someone to come and assist us.

Uhm...for what i know KFC zinger wings are hot and spicy. I received my zinger wings after ordering and they were not spicy AT ALL and they were DRY DRY DRY DRY. i was really not happy about it because what it says is that they are spicy and now when I get them they aren't spicy the hot and spicy is reason why I buy zinger wings. Please look into it. I'm not happy at all. What you advertise must be what you project and you have failed me on that.

Best Service that I have EVER received at a takeout restaurant. The 2 ladies that were working in front on Christmas Day 25 Dec 2023 were exceptional. Wish I could hire them.

There isn’t a kfc like this one in the whole country! They make the best crushers and milkshakes day in day out. Lol the rest of the KFCs in East London must come to this one for a masterclass on how to perfect a crusher and milkshake. Love it!

I regret to say that I was very disappointed in the quality of the chicken. It was very stringy and tough. Not at all enjoyable. It also did not seem freshly cooked.

Terrible service. They don’t even add source sachets I had to throw my meat yesterday.🤮

Good afternoon The service at KFC Gonubie is not what we need to expect as a client. The lady that takes your order says 10 min for waiting on Zinger wings but when you collect it has changed to 15 min. How the hell does it work. They work in the same place!!!!!!! Give the correct message through to the clients.

Hi I was terribly unhappy with our order wrongly advertised not like the pic at all so tiny an hardly any dunked chicken and the chips wasn't fresh 🙃 not happy at all would like part of our money back if we order something else ever, we love the dunked wings but not always juicy.Thank you.

When we were told to wait for the chicken they brought it to us with a smile 😃 I just love this time of service. They keep to the time. If they say 10min it is 10min not later

We came in on a busy day (on new years day) and we spent approximately 20 minutes in drive thru even though there were about 8 cars in front of us. The service was was good, the meat met KFC's standards, and the service was good.

I ordered 4 double crunch burger meals, they charge me for 6 and then its not even crunch burgers. I was asked to wait 10 min 30min later they only brought out my food. Really not impressed, didn't even say sorry for the long wait

The usual menu offering however even when not busy the time feels well dragged out to complete offers... requested to wait 10 minutes then it becomes 20 minutes and so on... usually end up very red faced from playing the patience game...

Drive though consistently offline. During loadshedding don't even waste your time and hour before or an hour after. Ordering online and collecting doesn't help either . No delivery offered unless with Mr D.

Yet again, the chicken was fresh and the coating was golden and crispier than any other KFC I've tasted. Very efficient service, friendly staff who communicate time frames for any meals and clearly multitask very well. Even in the pouring rain, your staff insisted on helping us bring the order to our vehicle after the drive thru was very busy. Thank you for always providing such incredible service and food!

It's an ok place. Sometimes their meat is tasty and juicy, other times it lacks seasoning and it's dry. I guess it depends on your luck on the day. I never had any issues with the employees there.

After complaining the cocky manager still wouldn't help me. I will never support KFC again. It wasnt the first time that i got bad bad service from this store. Ive learned my lesson. .

They let you wait 20 min for a basic order after they advise you 3 min waiting time , Cant even get an order right and then takes off an item that you expected to be there ,then they want you to order the item again and wait again. Like fkn honestly, they look at you like you were the one who made the fkup. Before tonight definitely my favorite place to get takeout but would not recommend.
