Be prepared to wait while 2 counter staff have long conversations with one customers. Then wait much longer for your order. And to top it off - veg burger was not available

Restaurant chain known for its buckets of fried chicken, plus wings & sides. The atmoshphere is good. They offer a drive through and take away service online. They have fast service and are wheelchair friendly. The space is good for kids and staff are friendly and helpful. They offer their usual options as well as seasonal specials.

The environment is so friendly. I love their staff.

Awesome place for kfc. Everytime we drive to east london this is a must stop for lunch. The chicken is awesome but the pap is top soft. Update. Yesterday 2nd april 2023 we ordered pap and gravy, the pap was too soft more like pap for breakfast, very disappointing pap. Please make the pap more stiff and not so soft.

Worst KFC branch I had ever been to. Always have an issue with drive through. Paid for a meal in drive through and was made to wait in the parking lot a common occurence. People going instore were receiving food quicker than the drive through. DID NOT RECIEVE MY FOOD DESPITE IT BEING PAID FOR. Receipt was used to write down my number plate. Head office was emailed with no response,pathetic service,whoever owns this branch should seriously reconsider as the standards here are down the drain,disgrace to the kfc franchise,if this is happening on the outside I can imagine the standards in the kitchen are below par aswell

You always have to wait in the parking area if your going through the drive through. Takes at least 13 minutes to get your order. Drive through, not wait through.

Utterly disgusted by this KFC, just come from being there, driveway been closed and told to go order inside, go to place my order inside to be told there is a waiting time to see if they can make my order, pathetic service they just didnt want to assist me period and they not even close to closing time. This KFC should close down due to the poor service

Really friendly and interactive staff when entering the premises. Dude behind the counter wasn't too impressed when I asked for extra spicy salt sachets (he refused), but the experience was good nevertheless.

Can you seriously do something about the street children that stand at the drive through order points begging for food or money. Please call the department of social development as they are at your establishment on a daily basis and it is disheartening to see.Lately, there has been another male standing there, adult asking for money. I feel unsafe to even unwind my window to place an order. Please attend to these problems.

Not so good. We wait almost 40 minutes to get our order. Even though the stuff tried their best to help us.

Love it but never puts zinger sauce on zinger burger after I request for it

Very very very very slow. We waited for food for more than 10 minutes even had to go enquire before food came. Management needs to understand that festive season gets busy and people are going to flock in and therefore there must be a plan on how to make the service delivery is not terrible.

Staff are friendly and is easy to ask anything if there is markdown product, I went there to buy onion and I ended up bought a combo of vegetables in the resigning price,keep the good work and keep also your employees.

Great service. The only KFC drive through that took less than 2minutes and I got my order 💪 Hope the other franchise can deliver the same fast and professional service as Greenfield KFC, East London

Their online service is very poor they make you wait for your order for 30 minutes adding up to 1h30 minutes and then boom, it has been canceled. And once you go there for an enquiry they phone their call centre and make you wait for a full day to get a response on what's happened.

Really disgusted with our meal. We purchased chicken, wings, chips and mash and gravy. The chips are pap, the wings are not zinger wings as they have no seasoning, no spice nothing. Worst damn wings and they are super oily and some had fallen out of their packaging. I only are one piece of chicken as it was horrible. Oily, fatty. Thick skin and batter. Really disgraceful

They didn't have most of what we wanted to order. Not saying it's a bad service place though 🤷 I've only encountered this once.
