Went for wacky Wednesday and only got the order after 55 minutes as if they didn't know there's a special.. They could've been better prepared.

The food is excellent but by the time you get your order you’ve already lost your appetite, the staff drags their feet and they definitely don’t have the best attitude

I came in today to buy their wacky Wednesday with extra cheese (order no 51) for some reason they left out my tomato slices without informing me… also I tried to call to see if it was how they usually served it; the number doesn’t go through… Had to ask a friend to bring me from Nahoon🥀

Ordered 4 wacky Wednesday's Normally worth every cent but highly dissapointed besides the long waiting time 55min the beef patties was tasteless burgers was ice cold and no pickles.

Total disregard for food hygiene and safety. Yesterday (4/01/23) a gentleman that is light in complexion was preparing burgers chewing a gum, talking over food and no gloves. They were not wearing name tags. The floor had chips and oil. Was my last time buying from them

I tried to call them for delivery but nobody is answering the call just all stupidity and being unprofessional

Ordered 2 bacon and cheese burgers only to get home and find there was no bacon. When I complained and asked for a refund they asked to redo them. When I went to fetch it a few minutes ago, the bacon was basically still raw. I'm so hungry and disappointed 💔. You guys should just say you don't want us to eat/enjoy bacon at your establishment. So freaking disappointed

Bought 2x Wacky Wednesday and a large chips this morning and the cashier was clueless, I had to swipe twice and pay cash for the balance. My food was ready while i was still trying to pay for it. Kitchen Department excellent but cashier a No Go.Other than that the food was very nice.

I am so disappointed. We had to wait a full hour for our order. The peole working there were fulfilling their own orders before ours and ran out of chips while we watched and waited for ours.. Only realised by the doors being closed that it was their closing time(before 6pm), yet on Google it is advertised that they close at 8pm. It really + was poor service on their part and this is not the first time!

They had fresh chips, we all know we go to steer's for their chips, and milkshakes. and a great service. I loved how the Manager interacted with his Staff

How possible is it to place an order online ordering before you go collect it but when you get to the restaurant the order is not ready and they telling me to wait 2 hours so they haven't even started with it. Your service is very poor and frankly I am not happy, please sort it out.

How is it okay to prepare meals without gloves? The other lady was busy scratching her head then went to touch food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Literally took a bun and put some onions with those dirty hands haikhona who knows what else those hands touched
