The shop was full and busy and I only spent 10 minutes waiting for service. A pleasant visit to the store. I was very impressed with the excellent service.

Out of All KFC outlets around East London this one was the worst. My zinger Wings Literally had NO SEASONING AT ALL! they were just crunchy without flavor or taste or even Hot. Imagine I bought 10 and two All star Boxes Even if I won't be returning here but please add salt, kfc spices or something. When I buy zinger I'm expecting something hot not Bland crunchy wings!

Quick service just what I needed

You walk in and first thing, you are greeted by friendly eyes of someone to sanitize your hands, the place is super clean. Covid-19 regulations are followed and customers comply.Management is always willing to help solve any sort of problem one could have,staff very efficient.

Food tasted like burnt oil. Slow service... the place wasn't even as packed as it would usually/normally be. I guess I should just be glad that the ice cream machine was working for a change💀.

Your telephone services is very bad. I cant even rate you a 1 star. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I just phoned because I forgot my bank card next to the teller by collection. The person that answered the phone responded after I requested for her to find out if anyone found an absa bank card "heh...! what...?", and dropped the phone. I need the card and will not phone if it is not important.

Bought 2 streetwise 2 and only discovered that the other box had only 1 piece.I was already home and couldn't afford to come back to the shop to lodge a complaint.

Horrible service honestly, firstly I was overcharged and my order was wrong . It was my first time going there and I'll never go again, such bad service.

No customer care there. The other day I was sitting there eating my lunch when this guy came in a very loud voice degrading and insulting women in general even the ones he was queuing with. I thought someone from your staff members, a security or the manager would come in defence of women from his language by stopping him but I was wrong the guy kept doing that until he got his order and left still hailing at women🤔 We found that very strange that no one from the staff saw anything wrong from that but only the lady who is a cleaner who got mad when she came back hearing grumbling about that guy. Apparently he is well known in the store. This was just few days after a young woman employee was stabbed to death in her place of work.

As a store that is in a busy area, the service was quick and the meat tasty and tender, cooked to perfection. The dining experience was on point, as well.

It's been ok for many years. They can improve. But keep up the good job. They get alot of traffic so I can't really blame them

The place have only one ablutions facility. You stand on a long line for buying food and again for ablutions facility. Not convenient for someone who's in a hurry shame. I'm mostly worried about someone who's coming with a child.

The breakfast was warm and fresh, I also enjoyed the coffee. I also enjoyed the fact that I could have my breakfast while working on my laptop with the wifi in the shop. Thanks, I will come again.
