    Ordered online a nugget box meal and when I got to the shop they said they don't serve drinks on cups they only serve in bottle and the lady wanted to cancel my order and order something else for me🙄. I asked for a krusher; they don't have the machine to make a krusher and they don't sell ice-cream here. Bored ke sana😪... Oh and I waited for an hour to get my order and yet they were not even busy there were very few customers

    I almost didn't get any service because of the time... Online the trading hours were 8am - 21pm but they closed an hour earlier

    The staff was great went there for a meal replacement i didn't even stay that long they sorted everything quickly it's a pity I didn't get the lady's name but she is pregnant she is good keep up the good work

    They always give out burnt patties and chicken. Also, they don't change their oil. I can tell because I used to be a manager of a well know fast food.

    The toilets are still not working and as the community and customers we have been complaining about it and hearing empty promises that they are gonna be fixed. You guys are selling liquids so it doesn't make sense that when i am at kfc i must go out and find a toilet that is not even closer to your shop. Shoprite has a toilet closeby, Spar aswell. But kfc is on the other side of the center but they dont have a working toilet for their customers
