Friendly and fast service with great tasting chicken 👍 👌

The service was excellent when I visited this shopping center

They make a nice chicken infact just the way i like it, their's got that thing 4 me

The staff works very slow, they are sooooo laid back, a person would even die of hunger due to the waiting time

Not happy at all,how do you out 2 breasts in a streetwise2 & they are so dry no your service is nasty

The chicken was too dry yjo it was bad

It takes time to receive ur order , their front staff r not warm & welcoming the only tyme they open their mouths it's when they ask for the R2.00 donation

I remember waiting for an order which took longer than expected and being given an ice-cream as I wait. The lady kept reassuring me, it was awesome! The staff are so sweet, they put their heart into their work and it shows. Great customer service, clean place and delicious menu, of course! 😄 They have free WiFi but it doesn't connect, I don't have the nice of experiences with their WiFi unfortunately.

Fresh meat and very efficient staff.

Food was delicious.....service wasn't excellent...tables were not cleaned after people eaten I had to call for someone to clean my table before I can have my lunch.....see to it that it don't happen again was so disappointed...Thanks in advance...

We eat breakfast, we dine and supper there, they also deliver

The meal was very fast, took less than a minute to get my purchase. Which understandably was all meat bucket.

Food was great BUT there are no toilets for customers and I don't understand because we as customers go there with elderly people and children. So during the meal I'm suppose to run around the mall to find a toilet and go back inside and finish my meal. It's not cool at all.

The service was very slow. The cashier was bysy at the tills and giving out orders at the same time. All the other staff members were at the back. After 15 minutes of just standing there waiting to order, then a guy came in to the tills to assist that 1 cashier. I even told him about the slower service, he said he was on lunch

Service is a bit poor. They are either out of stock on something or they just miss / forget to give me some items o the order. Ive had this issue about 3 or 4 times.

Just like any other KFC. Except that on this occasion, they had run out of lids that cover the big buckets properly. That was a bit awkward.
