Terrible at delivery, they might as well say they don't deliver. Having to wait for 2 hours and more is ridiculous and not for one instance. I won't even mention buying at the store, one must be prepared to wait a minimum of 1 hour - We try to support our own but service is always poor.

Terrible delivery indeed, it takes more that 3 hours to get your pizza delivered... Today, for instance I ordered a pizza around 1 and the time now is 18:00 but my pizza hasn't arrived. P.s It is not the first time this is happening.

Terrible Delivery!!! Terrible customer service!!! I ordered online and waited for 2 hours only for my order to be delivered to a wrong address and then store decides to close before handling my issue.

It was late in the evening, I was very hungry. I ordered a Tikka chicken with extras: pineapple, cheese.... For the first-time from Debonairs the pizza tasted like it had a lot of the steak and chops powder spice raw! It was just too salty ! I could not eat.

Happy with the turnaround time, and service was good.

One pizza joint is much like any other. I only had the pleasure of visiting some really special pizza places a couple of times in my life, that I can really get lyrical about. Debonairs isn't bad neither is anyone of the other large pizza groups.

They always priorities the Covid 19 safety regulations. The service is always professional, efficient and accompanied by a humane smile.

Delivery service can be very slow, especially on busy days/paydays. Sometimes they don't have certain toppings for pizzas. General customer service could be much better.

The food was great, the service was perfect but the place is small and as person who has Agoraphobia i avoid going there when i know it will be full.
