Had a great stay here. Everything up to par. The dinner menu was amazing, home cooked style and delicious. The guests were making too much noise in the corridors which is very inconsiderate. But the place is beautiful with a great view.

Hotel is currently having renovations done. It did not effect me in any way. Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. Room was fine. Bed slept well. The view is magnificent. The breakfasts are just what one needs to start your day. Definitely will visit again.

Staff are courteous and helpful. Sea facing rooms give stunning views. Alterations being done don't interfere with a well oiled smoothe operation. Give it a 5 star once they're complete.

A well known feature on the beachfront skyline. Offering an old school hotel. vibe. Big clean rooms with stunning sea views. Close to Spar, Tops, Windmill, Guidos, and Debonairs. They also have a bar inside. Cant go wrong here, What more can you ask for on your business or holiday trip.

If you can provide Refrigerators in your rooms and also fones so that you don't need to go down to reception when you need something.

Stunning views of the sea and beach and within walking distance to a convinience store! Rooms are clean and spacious but lack basic amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator. The wifi can be very weak.

Service was not impressive. They gave me a room with faulty air-condition and no one was willing to put me in another room.

The hotel is situated on the beach front so parking didn't feel very safe even though you park at the back behind a gate. Room itself was very neat however the bathroom had a very strong mold smell. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

I don't understand why this hotel is only rated at 3 stars. The rooms are modern, no loadshedding. The bedding is comfortable and clean. The view is spectacular. There is wifi and Dstv. The lighting is beautiful. There is a safe in the cupboard with hangers. There is a Kettle and a lounge area in your room. The water pressure is great and the shower is massive. There is complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and a shower cap. There is also complimentary coffee and tea. I have stayed here numerous times and I love it. I highly recommend this hotel. Keep in mind that the price is high... Ranging from R1400 per night - out of season. Also be careful when leaving the hotel because it's a very dangerous area and there is constant loud music playing and people partying outside the hotel, every day of the week. For that reason I have removed a star from the location... But the amazing sea view makes up for it.

Out infront of the beach with friendly staff night or day. This hotel is one of the best I've been at. And not all because of what they have but where they are. Everything from the beach to wimpy is walking distance and everyone has this nice happy and full of energy vibe. Its a must try..

The rooms are spacious which is quite good but I'll never understand why they don't have double beds. They only have two single beds each room. If it wasn't for the bed issue i'd give them 5 stars. I'm not too sure about the service, they knock on the door every now and then, which is something I'm not used to in other hotels. I wish they'd try a different way of communicating with their guests, maybe install phones in the rooms to avoid knocking whenever there's an issue.

I have been with this Hotel for business trip. The view is stunning. You will have a peace of mind with the amazing view outside your window. The room is okay. Notbthat spacious but its clean. The service attendant are all attentive. I will come back if I have another chance.

Lovely location views from our room was lovely priced very reasonable only complaint I got stuck in the bathroom because the door handle was broken off and their credit card machine wouldn't work had to pay cash other than that I would go back .

Out of touch with the hospitality industry. The location does not help (not their fault).

Their service is the best, but you have to buy a voucher for wifi connection. And clean.

Place looks like it was a 5 star at one stage, but has not been upgraded over the years to keep the status... Carpets had old stains on them but relatively clean considering.. Breakfast was basic, WiFi mostly connects in the reception area, had the Suite room, which was spacious and clean.

Very, very bad to stay in. Surrounding is filthy, we were almost mugged outside the hotel. The carpet smells and was full of marks what seems to be old vomit. Breakfast was supposed to be at 06h30...was only served at 07h00, so we missed out on it because this was a work trip and we needed to leave. No milk for koffie. We checked in at 15h00 and they were still cleaning the room, or trying to. Worst stay ever.

Worst experience ever. Place needs and upgrade and change of management. Spend a weekend there, payed bed n breakfast, they didn't prepare breakfast, had to go to a nearby for breakfast. Doesn't matter how cheap it is, not recommended.

Hotel is ok. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast option expensive. View over sea is great. Rooms need a proper shower instead of shower in bath. Not their fault but the hooting of the taxis from early morning before 6am will make me not stay there again i'm afraid. Sorry Katleisure.

It's actually a very nice, quiet and relaxing day the only glitch we had was the aircon that was not working. We reported it but stayed 3days without any warmth in the room

Accommodation was superb

Cozy place and good location. The hotel is by no means new, in fact I would hazard a guess and call it very old fashioned, but very clean and well maintained and I found everything to be in good working order. Strange setup with dinner, you have to go to a restaurant and provide your room number and then you're allowed to dine there. The hotel provides transport to the venue for those who dont have their own. A good experience with staff, all very friendly and helpful.

Their breakfast isn't that nice, but the dinner is awesome, tv channel is chosen for you, i.e you have no control of what you're watching.
