We were there to get a service on our Renault Duster. We were welcomed by Abby with a big smile and pleasant chat. She took the car to the workshop and ask us to go wait at the front desk. Got there, we have been greeted friendly by the manager Greg and his floor staff. He organized coffee and it was served with a friendly "good morning " and a big smile. Had good chats with Abby and when she left us, Greg took over. Can only say it was a wonderful visit to that premises. We should actually go to Renault in Vincent East London, but because of the unfriendly workshop manager and some of his staff, we instead went to Renault King Williams Town. The difference in friendliness is amazing. THANK YOU GABBY, GREG and you STAFF.
