Good gym but a little cramped. If you are serious about fitness you will appreciate it

Quite disappointing. Masks aren't enforced, even though signage says otherwise, atleast at reception. Did not see one person sanitizing surfaces and/cleaning equipment to ensure surfaces are clean between patron. When I asked, I was shown a tissue roll and a bottle of sanitizer to clean my own surface. I love fitness first and I prefer them to other establishments. And I hope they will do better coz CoVid is real. And maybe some equipment needs replacement especially the ones people touch the same part, like the biceps rope.

It's a small average gym that is perfect for the community. Don't expect the same level of the facilities you find in Virgin Active.

Great fees and all the gym equipment you need plus extra's e.g sauna,free Body fat test ,meal plans,workouts and personal trainers.

I would recommend Fitness 1st to anyone who would like to build their body. They have enough equipment to build your body and the environment is welcoming with friendly assisting staff. Keep it up guys

Well i was looking for a gym near by and then i stop at tjis gym and it was the perfect one and costs cheap

It's small but has basic equipment that can meet all gym needs. Staff are pleasant. Parking is safe. Hours are convenient. Has both peak and off peak rates
