Incompetent
manager,
the
rules
state
that
a
mask
needent
cover
your
mouth
and
nose
when
vigorous
training
or
activity
is
being
conducted,
however
the
"so
called
manager
had
the
audacity
to
tell
use
to
put
our
masks
on
while
on
a
5th
set
of
leg
press.
My
wife
(who
just
stood
up
off
the
machine
for
not
more
than
a
minute
was
catching
her
breath
at
a
heart
rate
of
over
140bpm
when
the
manager
abruptly
and
rudely
insisted
and
argued
she
place
it
over
her
nose
an
mouth.
Rather
than
being
motivated
to
continue
training
she
just
felt
like
going
home
because
of
the
rude,
incompetent
manager.
)
Its
quite
frankly
embaressing
that
such
a
person
is
in
charge
of
a
health
and
fitness
center,
when
good
public
relations
and
knowledge
of
the
rules
is
surely
some
of
the
requirements.
Other
members
also
complained
about
the
manager
telling
them
to
wear
masks
while
vigourously
lifting
heavy
weights.
Resting
for
a
few
seconds
during
a
training
set
still
constitutes
vigorous
exercise
as
oxygen
is
needed
to
replenish
the
exhausted
bloodstream.
Besides
the
fact,
No
one
can
argue
that
not
wearing
a
mask
during
a
period
of
resting
between
sets
is
more
"dangerous"
than
a
full
actual
set
of
any
particular
exercise
without
a
mask.
Get
a
new
manager
or
train
the
one
you
have.
