What they did to me was cruel, I had an unsuccessful debit order on August 2018 which I did not pick up on my end, and no communication was received from motion fitness. The September payment and October went through, which made me not notice I missed a month. Instead of them communicating with me first, by notifying me I missed a payment, they silently handed me over to lawyers, and I still was not informed of that, up until I went to give my Month's notice for cancellation of contract , only then they tell me. And by this time I was liable for Lawyer's fees+ that month's payment + and interest. When I ask the Sales Rep the Steps they follow when an individual misses a payment, she just told me that she does not know. I think this shows how Notion Fitness does not care about client relationship, they are just after money, because you do not do this to people you still want as part of your membership.

Its de worst gym ever.i have so much 2 say bt ima break it down quick 4rm sales reps 2 managers dey dnt care bout customers dey only care bout money.i cancelled my contract in 2016 dat was like april/may.i paid a month in advance as a notice month plus a percent of de outstanding contract (they said the percent dat im liable 4).nw in 2018 oct i get a msg 4rm a lawyer saying i didnt make a payment for jan 2017.dey dnt have any records of me cancelling my contract.de proof dat i had i threw dem away coz i thought der is no use still keeping dat 2 and a half yrs after cancelation.my advice stay away 4rm dat gym n keep all paperwork 4rm dem

This gym is the worst gym I have ever been to. Mangers and sales reps are unprofessional and they give false information about the the contracts and don't communicate with you In regards of your contract and all the terms etc. The staff are horrible and have no interest at all. I highly don't recommend this gym they money and time that is used in it is not worth it at all.

Staff smell of cigarette smoke. The circuit was used by any one out of sequence. No one following the rules even the unwritten ones. Lockers were in bad shape. Not enough machines for a decent workout. Overall an inadequate "gym"

This place sucks. Staff seem to not care about customers. Staff fail to give accurate information over the phone. Management give false information regarding terms and conditions of the contracts. Gym cancellation is a nightmare because of their poor communication skills. I don't recommend this gym.

Avoid subscription at all costs.

A lot of space! So much potential but I would like to see more advertisement about where the gym is. I lived in East Londen for 4.5 years and only found out about the gym just before I left. Its part of the Hemingways Mall and close to the hotel so its relatively safe with mall security always around and enough parking.

I love this place because there are professional trainers who help with and they are always smiling😊🔥🍒

Well I live right next door and look out onto the greens. They take very good care of it and watching the people play can be amusing sometimes. I'll put up with the maintenance noise any day rather than some of my noisy neighbours.
