Staff is friendly, the place seems very tranquil, hope to spend a weekend in the near future, we have installed a submersible pump and we have tested there boreholes.

Campsite and ablutions well maintained, neat. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to any campers. From what I saw of the chalet's, they look impeccable.

Mpumalanga shore angling association had a great SA championships there. Great stay and friendly staff. We highly recommend it.

A good place to go to when you wanna get away from everything cause there is not network great view

The place is good for a getaway. It does need maintenance though. There are no TV's in the rooms,no irons, no network,no extra blankets are provided,windows are broken and the showers are not cleaned properly. The ceiling in one of our rooms in our chalet had a black mark to show that there is a roof leakage. Would only use it as a last option.

Shall the manager, did everything in his best to acomadate the family coming from JHB, tops sir we will visit again.

This is exactly what we needed! Our large family was accommodated with ease! We used the 5 of the chalets for our 40+ size family. We were situated right on the river front, over looking the beach, sheltered by 2 / 3 sets of rocks for the adventurous fisherman. Rooms were clean, and the gas stove to make coffee during load shedding was a lovely touch. There is barely signal, but this is exactly what we needed. A complete break away from reality. There is a shopping centre and petrol station, with all you would need, a short drive away, if you had forgotten anything. Highly recommend for the adventurous soul, who's looking for something a little different. A quiet, peaceful break away from the fast paced life style we have in Gauteng.

When we arrived there, we were given the keys without any communication that there's no electricity. When we came back from the room that's when we were told that they are still awaiting for Eskom since 2. We sit in a car without any update until I suggested a room with electricity. They couldn't think. Other family member had dirty linen. They had to be told and they came to change them.

It was an awesome place for our big family to get together. The service was super good and helpful. Chalets were well spaced and well maintained. I would recommend anyone to go and enjoy this holiday resort. Plenty activities for the kids as well and for the adults to enjoy.

5 stars for scenery and location. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. This place is excellent for kids. 3 stars for showers (piping hot or ice cold) and litter in the river bed (not a lot, but still), small camp stands. There was soap in the dispenser on the first day and thereafter nothing.

Beautiful and tranquil riverside lodge on the banks of the Mlele river in Kidds Beach. The river mouth and a beautiful sandy beach is only a 300 metre walk away.

Very nice place, great scenary. However, The road there is not very great especially for small cars

Lovely private place. You cannot get there in a sportscar, and the water is not drinkable. Bring your own from water shops all over. The beach is fantastic, the lagoon is fantastic, they have made major improvements in the last year and is worth a visit.

We stayed an awesome week at the resort with Jakki being the perfect hostess & Jason eager to make your stay pleasurable. A nature resort where the fish eagle, grunters & exotic bird life meet & tease you with great pleasure. The lagoon & see views are breathtaking. The resort with it's chalets, caravan & camping sites are well priced for families, bigger & smaller groups with lots of activities for big and small. This is GOD's Paradise. Palm springs beach holiday resort is undergoing major facelift it's peacefulness and tranquility is top notch an ideal place to bring your kids and family I am managing this awesome resort and have seen the changes before my eyes I invite everyone to pop in and come see what is and has happened it's truly a sight to behold .

They have a spectacular location. Chalets are great so homelyspacious . The river is wonderful it's so tranquil alive and perfect for all. I'd recommend going there for all adventure seekers and nature lovers. The new revamped look is to die for.

its a place to visit as a group or family,, lovely cottages with every thing.. neat play ground for children..a beautiful view from yr chalet facing the beach..monkeys that roam around.. not far from the off ramp its place not to be missed.

Cool, secure , idyllic seaside resort, in more of a natural setting. More renovations in place which make it very family- friendly for those with kids. There is a charge of R80 per adult for a day's visit. All in all, it is good value for money.

Needs a cleanup both in the grounds and facilities. Buildings in dire need of refurbishment. Gas cylinder in the kitchen cupboard - should be outside. Would recommend to look elsewhere.

We camped for one night only next to the lagoon. Wind was very strong. Ablutions very clean and tidy. Water shortage a problem so they had to pump water from lagoon for use. Nice place to stay, cant comment on chalets but judging on their standard it must be good as all were booked.
