The service has gone backwards in leaps and bounds. The cashiers and staff believe they're doing you an huge favour when helping you, as friendly professional service seems to not be in their job description.

No customer service

Lovely besides all the beggars who keep asking for food or money everytime you try go into the shop.

This Spar is close to my workplace and very convenient. I had an incident with security on Thursday 16 september 2021, i felt disrespected. I complained via their fb platform, i got a response and the manager called me to apologize. I am glad that they took action and I will keep shopping there because of the manager's gesture.

Food with wide variety. But outside, their ATM & parking area is a dangerous environment - robbery & break into cars. Security is actually of no use there. I avoid to shop there.

My husband tried to buy a crate of beer quarts at Tops Nahoon and took a full crate of empties to return. The bottle store didn't have any stock of quarts but refused to accept their crate and empties because my husband wasn't purchasing anything! He was told it was a Tops/Spar policy. He was rightfully angry about this and left. Shocking customer service!

They must just check the chicken next to the deli have 3 times experience that the chicken is off unfortunately for me I every time don't use it at the time I bought it and already lost the slip.But other than that it okay

I've always loved the Nahoon Spar. It's in a cosy little nook. Customer service is not awful.

Effecient servive. Staff are mostly quite friendly. Prepared food is quite good, prices are a bit steep; the lack of "combo" choices is abut disappointed and needs some work. Otherwise, a good all-round shop

Nice selection of wines! They deserve a nod for their wine section. Lots of different local & imported beers, ciders also a perry. They also sell two beers marked as gluten free beer. Other than that their spirits & liqueur selection looks good and they have some dessert wines. They normally gave some gems (according to my taste) like an uncommon noble late harvest, muscadel or hanepoort. A bottle store with a touch of something extra in terms of products sold.

Nice spar, but never have jelly and custard for my daughter already made one like other spars. Bit expensive

Great place to shop, I would suggest however that they beef up security in the parking area. I have experienced aggressive 'car guards ' inside the perimeter, they hang around at the exit and across the road at the clinic. There will be trouble soon.
