Something fishy happened with my FNB card. I made payments with my card in this place and the money was added to my pending transactions as usual, which is fine. However a few days later the pending transaction cleared and that was okay as well . On the following day around 4:30am I had another transaction with the same amount taken by Monty's Pub. This has happened about 3 or more times on different occasions but I only get this problem when I swipe my card at Montys. I have now resorted to using cash when making my payments.

The music was awesome. Pity the bar ladies think they do you a favour to service you. Lack the basic skills of even greeting. This will make it difficult to return. And they were not busy. Especially the one in charge with the purple nails. 💜 Attitude deluxe. Has her favourite clients. Well you missed a big tip tonight.

Nice atmosphere but unfortunately my bank card was cloned in this place more than twice. I hope the management looks into this

Great live band and better service

If you are part of the LGBTQI community NEVER go to this place, the Manager herself told me to my face that the establishment does not accommodate our community and was not even willing to listen. EXTREMELY NOT LGBTQI FRIENDLY

Place is very smelly and in need of a huge spring clean . Table seating cloth very disgustingly filthy . Service very good and barman polite and well mannered . Hope to find a clean good smelling venue next time .

What a great vibe. Live music and a lots of singing along. Wow every DJ is da bomb😍😍😍😍💋💋💋💋. Service for drinks is very slow.

Vibe is great Thursdays. My jacket was stolen when I placed it on the chair. So sad at these places we can't have genuine fun...some people are there to "work" while we are there for fun

I enjoyed the place, but I had a bad experience once... Ladies just make sure you don't get too drunk by yourself,because some people are dangerous out there. All in all I enjoyed great music and the service is ok

The staff is very welcoming. From the owner to the security at the door. Drinks are affordable and the vibe is nice. Loved it!

It was my first time on Sunday and I had so much fun

Experience on 16th December (Heritage day), was pathetic. DJ played only his own selection. When asked at 23h15 to switch, since nobody was on the dance floor, his only response was.."I'm not playing that tonight". I left

Bouncers are so rude , mean and apparently there is a dress code no shorts no vest for women and it’s so shocking …the bouncers at the gate they lie about everything Even the time of closing … obviously they don’t own any businesses and they know nothing about marketing and management so less money for the business and the owner

Ridiculous service. No one attended us until after 20min and even then the guy that came to us didn't take orders,he said he's gona send someone else to assist us,who didn't come for another 10 to 15min.,which by then we decided to leave so in the end,no one came.

Vibe is safe and friendly, just don't dance on the dance floor without shoes, while drinking or smoking. They're rules are very strict regarding that.

Feel like letting your hair down? Dance all night? Try your luck, gambling? Or chillax with a game of pool..Young crowd, depends on the day of the week, sundays the live music attracts a much older crowd, good service, at times they are so busy, but be assured the bar staff will attend to you, the place seems to only hire the "WIDE AWAKE" of bartenders. No need for gym members ships for these guys, they seem to run there assess off!🤪😜hope the tips are worth it.🤑 OH! Great food selection as well, very tasty! Personally I've tried the pizza. Fish. Not bad for pub-grub. NOT BAD AT ALL.

This place offers a fun, exciting and a 'I want to go there next time' feeling. They offer a wide variety of drinks that are common and not so common. From time to time they have someone to perform which makes the atmosphere amazing to compliment a great vibe with your friends. Even if there are little people, there is a DJ always entertaining those who are present. COVID protocols were well followed when I was present. I'd definitely go here again with my friends when I'm in East London!
