This beach has breath taking views from mountain top. Really enjoyed the outing with family. The mountain top climbing needs some repairs but still safe to climb through them.

It's a nice beach to unwind and mentally prep for another week. Can get hot with direct sunlight... but that's what a beach is for yea, a tan.

Nahoon Corner is a vibrant hub with a lively atmosphere! From charming cafes to eclectic boutiques, it's a delightful mix. The community vibe, artistic flair, and diverse offerings make it a must-visit. A corner where every stroll unfolds a new and delightful discovery.

Great beach, only if people would keep their dogs on leashes.

This is one of very interesting corners with great rock formations that interpret great stories about the area. There is a durasic formation that one may be interested to experience.

Christmas encounter with the Creation, I was there for a Christmas walk(earthing), the appealing breezes turned all that into my 1st swimming lesson by the help of Nature_Grey Twenty24 resolutions(swimming lesson with a professional trainer/academy) Recommendations are welcome

Nahoon Corner is to the right of Nahoon main beach. It has its own parking area. Its stunning with the beautiful rocks exposed at low tide. Great surfing. Magnificent sandunes to climb. A scenic hike over the cliff takes you to Mermaids Pool and further along is Nahoon Reef. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for hire at the start of the 2023 December for the first time, I hope it carries on in future.

It is one of the best beaches anywhere in South Africa. The fine white sand that is tightly compacted is great for walking on the beach, playing sports, or building sand castles. The shallow water extends a long way.

Love spending a Saturday or Sunday here with family, catching a wave and just having a relaxing time in general.

Beach was great but wish more effort was put into the maintenance of the area. Roads have so many potholes and there was a lot of rubbish on the rocks between the car park and the beach, and not enough bins based on the amount of parking.

Except for the debris and slight odour we had fun

  • 4/5 Jarred C. 1 year ago on Google
The beach was beautiful. The walkways were shady and a biit dangerous if you don't mind your step, but safe from robbery or theft during the day time. The water was cold but easy to get used to if you dive straight in.

Parking lot is in a very dilapidated state. I used to hang out here a lot growing up, and it's very sad to see how much it has deteriorated in the last 20 odd years. Stiil a great surf spot of course.

Always a fantastic, fun and relaxing place to go. Spent my life going to Nahoon Beach and now my kids love it as well! I would have given it 5 stars, because the place deserves it, however, there was broken glass from beer bottles in the parking lot and a few unsavoury characters sitting on the beach drinking alcohol at my last visit.
