    Great parkrun, nice trail to run or walk as you please. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach and sea breeze is lovely

    Park inside (if you are early) and join a half downhill half uphill parkrun in farmland. You'll get views of the sea, dams and horses. I recommend going to Murambi cafe afterwards for a lekker cappuccino.

    Absolutely lovely environment to walk and run...volunteers and everyone involved makes it a great parkrun on a Saturday morning

    Only had one run so far. Hopefully, in the future, when an opportunity comes up, i can have a chance to enjoy it and give it a 5 star rating. Only negative of this is that it is very far from where i live, and the road condition is a bit challenging for a normal car. Other than that, the place is beautiful. The trail is challenging and the people are very friendly towards visitors.

    Loved the route! It was very hot and we suffered on the uphills as there was no shade..luckily they had a waterpoint at the 3k mark! Great vibes from the marshalls and well marked route.
