Their staff needs more patience and understanding service. Yesterday could have been great but when we got to the tills to pay their staff wasn't as friendly they were having a conversation with each other I couldn't even ask a question about Laybuys

The stuff are welcoming and they always smilling. You don't have toa search for anyone to help you. They all in your reach and are always willing to go an extra mile.

Convenient store for the Beacon Bay area - honestly speaking, the staff is not quite what you might call helpful (they don't seem to know much about a lot of the store's services) or friendly (when you do ask for something, they will usually be grumpy or fed up) in my experience on multiple visits there, it can be a little too crowded at times and the chatter from the staff doesn't really make it a pleasurable visit. There's usually a moderate to long wait at the two checkout points in the store. The store doesn't have a range of items as big as the Hemingways Mall store.

Did not have a great variety and the Sport shop had no cycling gear. Very disappointed

Wish they still sell Star Wars T Shirts like they had last year.

Today I was most impressed with the kindness of the staff and so courteous. 👏👏👏

The staff is not helpful at all. I wanted to get an item that was high up on the rack, I couldn't find anything that I would get it with, I looked around for a staff member that could help me but I didn't see any on the floor. Turns out that all the staff members that are meant to assist people were all huddled up by the fitting rooms chatting.

Very helpful staff but computers offline and floor manager took at least 10 minutes to give an authorisation for a returned item.

Staff lack professionalism, the layout of the store needs to be relooked at as it could do with a change. They should look into making announcements throughout the day eg. Trading hours, announcing that the store will be closing in the next 30min - allowing customers to wrap up their browsing and head to the till pay point etc. Have someone at the door to sanitize customers hands and to ensure that everyone who enters the store has a mask on. They were mopping the floors while I was busy shopping & had no sign up. Very unprofessional.

Mr Price Sport Beacon Bay Retail Park is one of the best sport shops in the group. I always find a great selection of t-shirt at this particular store as well as shorts.
