Mr in Price Home, Vincent park is my favourite Mr Price Home Branch in East London. The store size is fairly big and offers a wide range of items. From furniture; storage items; carpets; crockery; cutlery to pet beds and accessories, you name it, they have it.

Nice place to shop. They have a wide variety of bedding and house decor. Any housewives dream place to shop.

Horrible service, eventually I abandoned my (full) shopping trolley and walked out without buying anything.

Horrible, unprofessional service in store. Than on top of that I purchased 14.4k of furniture. 5 days later, I have not received anything nor did I receive any follow up. Very difficult to get a hold of them. I would never waste my time with them again.

FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF

I have been using the store for the past 3 years, today was the first time I got a very bad Customer service, people didn't want to work excuse after excuse when I wanted to replace my card. I will give them 2 stars because today is my first bad service in the past 3 years shopping there

Cashiers are slow but I'd rather come here than go to retail park. Low standards and no care at retail park so not hard to be better.

They don't answer their phone and never have stock so you wait 2 weeks for everything then they don't deliver on time.

Service very slow at tills as usual. Lots of staff milling around behind tills, but only 3 operating. Overcharged R10.00 on 2 items each when I checked my slip at home. Won't be shopping there again.
