    Very disappointing. Ordered 4 pizzas. Two of which were supposed to have been as a filling. When they arrived the two had no beef (as they had run out). Without advising us and asking if we'd like to change our order, they served the pizzas without the beef and brought a side plate of avo in place of the beef. Service poor as well. Had to get up twice to find a waiter. Very disappointed as the branch in Wellington is usually very good. This was the first time we had been to the Stellenbosch branch and would think twice about going back!

    Probably the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. After having a vehicle there for over a month waiting for a part to arrive, in desperation I called the manager who informed me there was a miscommunication between the Workshop and the Service Department. All they needed was clips which they had in stock all the time. Sorry Nissan, you've just lost out on business of 20 of my fleet cars. I think I will have better service from a backyard mechanic.

    I sent my car in because the check engine light was on. The booking in of my car was easy and staff is very friendly and convenient shattle service just before I got back to work they called and informed me what was wrong. Quick and fast.

    Very much pathetic service by Nissan east London, really disappointed. Complete Breaks system done by dealer, same day brakes started giving noise, when reported, I was given long waiting time to book in to get fixed. Travelled 70 km to take vehicle back to them. Waisted my time, money once again. On collection today, i specially asked the staff if he has had test drive already to check if the noise is there. He replied in yes he did and found no noise. While driving back found same noise. Staff doesn't realize that time is money and cannot be waisted. Now once again have to call them and book again and waist fuel money and time to get it fixed. The worst thing is that I was given a reason that Now manufacturers are making the brakes environment friendly and that's why they are getting the complaints of noise from brakes quite often. What an environment friendly product that helps in noise pollution. Staff itself is not educated about the original products. I tried best to find an email on the website to log a complaint but there is none available that's why using this forum. Let's hope serious note will be taken if the company has a reputation in the market.

    I took my vehicle for scheduled service on 26/062023. I spent about 2hrs for courtesy car. I requested service consultant to ask techincian/mechanic to check my indicators. My request was not done. Service consultant was not sure that my request was done, including the manager who test drove after service. I have indicated my dissatisfaction on the survey sent to me by Nissan South Africa, noone followed up on my survey from East London Nissan Dealer

    Took my bakkie in for service, after 8 this morning. I booked the service telephonic ally on Monday, 6 March 2023 already. Receptionist told me about an hour ago my bakkie will only be serviced tomorrow. My work is on a stand still for 2 days. Terrible service.

    Walk in on numourous occasions. Every time I see him on the phone. When I leave he is still on the phone. Spoke to the senior manager, cant remember his name, and when I asked him how can a person be on the phone all day long, he became very aggressive and said that this individual has the right to be on the phone as he is a salesman. Very disappointing. If it was not for the friendly service of the gentleman at servicing and repairs then I dont think that I will go back there. To buy a vehicle there...........never. never. never. Pathetic.
