I have experienced bad treatment of staff while I was there by their manager. I will never set my foot there. Very bad experience.

Went in to buy ice cream, there was clearly not enough staff since we had to queue twice for approximately 15 min to get just ice cream. The place was over crowded. Enjoyed the ice cream though.

The Burgers were so lovely, and I don't know if it's because of how long I haven't eaten one. But it was really enjoyable and the taste still lingers. I can't wait for Wednesday and pity I didn't take a snap 😕

Very very slow service.... staff look annoyed and very unfriendly. I def will not be going there anymore. Windmill is a far better option in every possible aspect of service and food.

Hard to be excited about a visit to steers but it was what you should expect. Service was good food is.... well steers food and it was served in 5-10 minutes

The chicken was only boiled no sauce no salt it was disgusting it's a pity I saw it when I arrived at my place could not go back 😡😡😡 I really wasted my money. I'll sleep hungry just because of such bad service. You are stealing our money really if your will fail us like this I'm really angry with this disaster.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, I always appreciate when people are friendly. My order was faster than I expected, I usually wait longer in King William's Town Steers. Unfortunately their shared-restroom needs a bit of improvement but its usable. Keep up the good work

Emanuel is the best guys in fact your whole staff is a mood. They serve us with Love and I never Waite for more than 5 minutes for my order ❤️keep it up the good work guys❤️❤️

You will always find 1person serving a lot of queuing customers from ice cream to burgers, I think if a manager can deal with that it can be a better place to be
