We bought 2 pizza pies .she didn't enjoy them and I had been bragging about them saying they are very nice . They just didn't taste nice . But the wearing of masks is a problem , the cashier just wasn't wearing a mask when we walked .then she put it on and served us without sanitizing. The one making Pizzas at 5y3 back was busy touching her mask and making Pizzas. Will lot be back there anytime soon

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Really bad service we received tonight. We waited over 40 minutes inside the shop were I was told 20 minutes. After they were talking loudly inside the shop about my order in isixhosa (not knowing that I understand what they are saying) I decided to complain about my pizza taking long. I was so cross inside the shop that I never even checked my pizza's. When I got home I opened my box and received pizza looking like this. 11 months ago Roman's in Cambridge sent me pizza like this and now Gonubie as well. I will never in my life order pizza from Roman's again this is disgusting service I had to pay for!!!

The pizza was AMAZING as always, but the staff was also very friendly and were very helpful. It's like going to family for a good meal and smiles after a long day 😃

I give it 1 star because the only staff member who actually knew how to work with people and how important customer service is, left to work elsewhere. The new manager there is a bit slow and does not take instruction very well so your night off turns out to be one big frustration. I haven't been back since the new staff was hired. Charl is a very nice man and his store has great potential but I would not recommend with the current wave of staff.
