purchase
a
Samsung
A13
phone
that
was
on
special.
I
called
in
to
find
out
if
they
had
the
phone
that
was
on
special
and
Sanele
said
they
had
plenty
in
stock.
Upon
my
arrival
at
13:10,

asked
me
if
I
was
the
lady
that
had
called
for
the
phone,
and
I
said
yes.
she
than
said
that
they
had
a
problem
as
the
phones
were
scanning
at
full
price
and
I
had
to
2
options
to
buy
it
at
the
full
price
or
wait
for
their
manager
who
was
on
lunch
and
will
be
back
at
14h:00...so
I
asked
if
there
isn't
another
manager
who
could
authorize
this,
she
mentioned
that
Paul
will
not
be
able
to
and
naturally
I
opted
to
wait...The

I

and

treated

badly
and
discriminated
against.
I
had
to

price
for
a
product
that
is
on
special,
when
the
special
was
active.
I
felt
robbed
and
lied
to...False
advertising
is
...Never
have
I
experienced
such
poor
management
in
my
life.
