    Shocking! Absolutely shocking! 1. The manager and has no people skills, he should rather raise chickens and sheep for a living if he has no intentions of having a better attitude. 2. The manager is clueless, has no cooking clue what's being sold in the shop. He tried to sell me a TV surge protector when I returned restocked, non functioning and unsealed fridge surge protector. I was embarrassed for him. 3. They don't have a working telephone number Shocking! Unacceptable!

    GAME STORE VINCENT PARK-DISHONEST & DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT Went to Game Vincent Park in East London to go purchase a Samsung A13 phone that was on special. I called in to find out if they had the phone that was on special and Sanele said they had plenty in stock. Upon my arrival at 13:10, she, asked me if I was the lady that had called for the phone, and I said yes. she than said that they had a problem as the phones were scanning at full price and I had to 2 options to buy it at the full price or wait for their manager who was on lunch and will be back at 14h:00...so I asked if there isn't another manager who could authorize this, she mentioned that Paul will not be able to and naturally I opted to wait...The manager Sharad( something like that) got back at 14:30, after numerous calls from, Sanele. He was so rude. Did not apologize for being late and totally disregarded me. He than said that the special has ended and the phones are scanning full price... I showed him the add in the paper and online. I than told him that my friend who works at Beacon Bay Retail Park, got the phone on special today...he than said I should go to Game Beacon Bay...I explained that I work here in Vincent and it will be way out of my reach, as I am based here in Vincent , especially when Vincent has stock of the item. I have bought most of my major items from Game and never have I been treated so badly and discriminated against. I had to pay full price for a product that is on special, when the special was active. I felt robbed and lied to...False advertising is ...Never have I experienced such poor management in my life.

    I wanted a phone from Game, salesman says stock is at the back, I waited like 45 minutes and they say they are looking for the manager with the keys. Asked the staff for the managers name, non of them know the managers name. So how do they look for the person if they don't know his name. I really wonder how many customers the service providers loose. True story.

    Bought my Android Smart TV in Aug 2021, sent it for repairs on the 9th March 2022. I have called the store more then 5 times after 21 days to check for feedback and im always told it is still out on repairs. I dont know what am i suppose to watch on do as there is no feedback given on my side.

    *Hassles with a microwave repair* 1. the customer service desk gave me hassles in submitting my repair at their store, I had the original receipt they told me I needed to return the microwave where I bought it i.e Game retail park, since they could not make a copy!!!! I had to step in as a problem solver and think of ways which they can get the receipt for them to accept my repair 2. Long repair/lead-time(14-21 working days!!!), today I'm on my 19th working day without a microwave, after several attempts to get status update I'm told I need to give the repair company 7more working days!!!! no further explanation as to why I guess once they have your money they do not care about providing support!!!

    I am writing to you in regards to the recent repair of my generator that was purchased from your company just three months ago. The generator unfortunately broke down within the warranty period and was taken to Game Vincent for repair. I was recently informed by Game Vincent that I am now responsible for the repair costs due to carbon build-up in the exhaust. I find this information to be quite concerning as the generator has only been used for three months, and I cannot see how carbon could have built up to such an extent within this short period of time. As a result, I am requesting a registered letter from the company that inspected the generator outlining the root cause of the problem and how the carbon build-up occurred within such a short period of time. I believe this information will help me to better understand the problem and determine whether the repair costs are justified. I kindly request that you address this issue as soon as possible and provide me with the necessary information to resolve this matter in a timely and satisfactory manner.     Please train your security guards at the store entrance to TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS EQUALLY. If your policy is to check customers' bags when they come in and when they go out, DO IT TO EVERYBODY, NO DISCRIMINATION! I watched as some customers just walked in without having their bags checked, and when I pointed this out to the security guard, he told me that they were carrying handbags, and I was carrying a backpack. I pointed out to him that the small backpack I had on is actually a handbag, but he was having none of it. This experience has left me wondering why we are still subjected to such treatment at this day and age.

    I've been trying to call this shop, no one is picking up after I waited for almost two hours in that shop,I bought a TV cash two weeks ago and I was told that the Soundbar is out of stock it will arrive last week,they will contact me till today they are quiet and their phones are not picked up.

    I went there to return the laptop i bought because it had a problem. They were very helpful in solving my issue but the only thing i didn't like is how long I'll have to wait for them to fix it(3-4 weeks)

    I use to love coming to this place growing up. Unfortunately I can't say the same these days. They use to have a variety of stock, nowadays stock is limited and in short supply. Staff use to be friendly and knowledgeable about the items now they have no clue what is what and are just obnoxious. It's taken me 40minutes and several calls just to get to 1 of their staff members for an issue that's still unresolved. Previously I had to wait 3 months for an item that was suppose to only take 7 days. Honestly I wouldn't even say it's the same store anymore. You guys are but a shell of what you once were. If only my town had a Makro then I wouldn't be forced to continue supporting this place.

    I am totally disgusted. Been a Game supporter since they opened here in East London. You only get 1 star because of the friendly Staff friendliness.... Staff have instructions from management to offer 10% discount on your item if you are willing to get vacinated. Shame on management to cause a feeling of discrimination. My whole family has supported Game. You can give 10% for a willing participant but not to a loyal customer.

    My purchases was declined.although i have R20 k in credit,does not make sence.i have never defaulted in paying. waited 2 hours to sort out my card...had to leave my goods behind..as they have no answers as to why my purchases was declined after 10 calls to head office and security checks..

    Game Vincent is a hub to many and I had many of my colleagues and friends referring me to the store because of the specials and variety of goods they stock. On more than 1 occasion and different times of the day, I had enquiries at their electronic, appliance and furniture departments and I had to wait a long time for the right person to assist me. Will it be possible to ensure that staff is at their various departments and have someone to relieve them when needed? Also whoever relieves them have knowledge about the product in that department, please? Especially now with the COVID19 pandemic, you would not need your store to be overcrowded because people are waiting on 1 person to help them. I am looking forward to visiting your store and enjoy amazing service. Thank you in advance

    Incredibly frustrating, had to ask 3 different people to help me get ink even though I knew what I wanted. Everyone is either "busy" or hands you off to someone else to help. Then had to wait while two trolley full customers get all the items that they just purchased get checked by security presumably to check if no items were added since they came from the tills?? The shop wasn't even that busy, always difficult doing shopping here.

    We just moved to EL and bought fridge, dishwasher, laundry machine and a lot other stuff there because they have it all. Quality of the goods is awesome. But what was really the deal breaker is that I was served by different guys and all were awesome. Suggested a slightly more expensive machine but double worth the money. And then it happened. The laundry machine wasn't delivered as expected the next day. We went back (we just live 10min drive away) and explained our issue. The service guys tried to fix it, the manager came and there was some issue with the delivery system. The manager told me not to wait, he will sort it out and the machine will arrive today. And it did. I can only say that this is the BEST Game shop I ever visited in South Africa.

    Level of service is pathetic by the cellphones department, they promised to Rica my Sim card on my absense hence the lady whose responsible for that was on lunch. 3hours later simcard still inactive. Called the store on hold for minutes and the cancel the call. You deserve half the star.
