What fantastic service. So friendly and helpful. And just by chance we stumbled upon the fact, that PNA sponsors a shelter for abused people, down the road from them. What an amazing shop. WELL DONE. Very impressed.

Widest selection in EL! Very rare products I struggled to find for months & had been scouring online at an arm and a leg...then I found out about this store and walked in and everything was there right under my nose. 😱 Wish I had found out about your shop sooner. Excellent customer service at the door with helpful, friendly ladies who know exactly where everything is, good prices and the most hygienic shop I’ve ever been in with regard to safety with Corona...it made me feel secure.

What a shop. They keep everything imaginable in the stationary line. Their staff are friendly and the question move quickly. Prices are also very reasonable. Sanitizer available at the entrance. One stop shopping for anything stationary.

New exciting hours from 18 December advertised on a board outside. Arrive yesterday, just before 12:00. Security guard closes the door in my face. Now where is the extended hours gone too. Start on 18 December but 19 December? Close at 12? Don't understand. Same as Gonubie Traffic. No respect for customers but you want the money. Sad sad sad.

A great store with alot to offer. Unfortunately customer service and friendliness is by no means their strong point. I went to PNA 2 weeks ago looking for a book that I urgently needed. Upon first entry - the staff were not very forthcoming in assisting customers and promoting sales. I was sent upstairs and waited for a lady who pointed in the direction where the author was stocked that I was looking for. I searched through the books and saw that the book I required was not in stock. I asked if the book could be ordered for me and was sent back downstairs. The ladies behind the counter - did not at all seem interested in helping me with regards to ordering the book. Upon requested, they made a call to the lady that does the ordering for them and allowed me to speak to her. i ws told I would be contacted in a few days to tell me if they would be able to order the book. I am still awaiting that phonecall up until today. I really enjoyed the layout of the shop and what they have to offer - being in a prime position in East London - but unfortunately their customer service left a sour taste in my mouth and unless they are the only shop that stocks something that I need - i will not return in a hurry. Such a pity for such a great store.

As PNAs go, this one’s range is pretty limited. They still have the widest range of pens in the city, if you’re looking for more than the usual rollerball/ballpoint, but in all other sections they’re not very diverse. The signage regarding pricing is confusing, and the shop assistants aren’t particularly friendly or helpful. Also, the parking area has quite a high incidence of muggings - so be alert.

They did not stock an ABC poster for a classroom but were very helpful regardless. Super thrilled with my discount at the till.
