At The Hub: On two occasions they could not help with basic plumbing need: 1. They could not provide a 10mm-15mm connection and referred me to CTM - I was helped by Vincent Hardware. 2. They do not keep shower trays in stock, and refered me to CTM - I was helped by Star DIY in Vincent. Seemingly Plumblink is a marketing place for a tile company now.
