Been
waiting
the
whole
morning
at
Game
Beacon
Bay
and
Tevo
for
our
air
fryer
after
repairs
under
guarantee.
Already
4
weeks
and
not
2
weeks
as
promised.
Every
time
we
come
back
the
truck
is
on
its
way.
Now
told
the
truck
did
or
could
not
deliver.
They
now
say
they
told
the
truck
to
return
and
deliver
our
oven.
Look
at
the
reviews
and
see
the
prescribed
repeated
same
answer.
Nonsense
service!
Update:
We
went
there
around
09:30
and
left
around
15:30.
Eventually

truck
arrived
with
our
oven.
When
we
tested
the
oven
the
door
did
not
close
properly
so
the
oven
wouldn't
switch
on.
According
to
the
worksheet,
they
replaced
the
inside
of
the
oven,
although
the
bottom
element
created
a
short.
I
can
commend
Simnikiwe
of
Tevo
who
was
the
only
person
who
really
put
in
the
effort
to
find
our
oven
while
it
was
travelling
to
and
fro
between
branches.
Eventually,
he
collected
our
oven
from
the
truck
and
when
it
still
did
not
work,
he
was
able
to
get
permission
to
substitute
it
with
a
new
oven.
