I purchased a fridge after paying I was told that it’s going to be delivered the following day, ok cool I accepted that though they should have told me before so that if I really want the fridge the soonest I should have made arrangements prior paying for delivery. Today the whole day I have waited and called them several times but even now the fridge is not delivered my food are rotting because I have been waiting for the fridge to be delivered 😡😡😡

Worst Game I have been to. Owner / manager should be embarrassed. Walked around looking for assistance for 30 minutes, no body around. No tellers at the till point, stood and waited to pay for 10 - 15 minutes before someone arrived. Items are not priced, the furniture department is all over the place, no prices, different items stacked on top of eachother. They don't know there items for sale, I should shop attendants a picture from the game site and they just say I don't know. Avoid if you can, PnP, HiFi, incredible connection, builders warehouse, basically any competitor in the area is much better.

During my recent visit to Game at Beacon Bay Retail Park, I found the staff to be friendly and attentive to my needs. They provided me with the assistance I needed to find the products I was looking for, and I was satisfied with my purchases. However, I was disappointed to find that the display for the smart phone I was interested in was more than half empty. This made it difficult for me to fully assess the product and compare it to other options. I would have appreciated a wider selection of products and a fully stocked display to make a more informed decision. Overall, while I was happy with the service I received from the staff at Game in Beacon Bay Retail Park, I would recommend that they improve their product selection and stocking to better serve their customers.

It has poor service to appliances especially Samsung, I bought a microwave worth of 2000 rand by end of April yet now they ain't giving me a new one

Been waiting the whole morning at Game Beacon Bay and Tevo for our air fryer after repairs under guarantee. Already 4 weeks and not 2 weeks as promised. Every time we come back the truck is on its way. Now told the truck did or could not deliver. They now say they told the truck to return and deliver our oven. Look at the reviews and see the prescribed repeated same answer. Nonsense service! Update: We went there around 09:30 and left around 15:30. Eventually the truck arrived with our oven. When we tested the oven the door did not close properly so the oven wouldn't switch on. According to the worksheet, they replaced the inside of the oven, although the bottom element created a short. I can commend Simnikiwe of Tevo who was the only person who really put in the effort to find our oven while it was travelling to and fro between branches. Eventually, he collected our oven from the truck and when it still did not work, he was able to get permission to substitute it with a new oven. Addition: See the Game standard response to my review. Then you won't need to post empty non-sensical replies.

My friend bought an airconditioner at Game Beacon Bay, she's now struggling to get it installed because Game cannot locate their installer. She was advised to use that installer if she doesn't want to lose warranty. Now both Game and installer are playing games

Typical mass retail store, don't expect exceptional service (there are a couple staff members that are willing to assist just not all). If you know what you looking for, just to hope they have stock.

Refrigeration department was useless. Tried to by a fridge and get prices. No wonder stores are closing down

Went to purchase a small TV for my Mom to use as a monitor, but alas my TV license with matches my ID is in my maiden name, so I was turned away! I have tried to update my name on my license previously and to no avail. So get this is the solution propsed: But a new TV license! Last month when i purchased a electronic equipment incl a TV my TV license in my maiden name was good enough

Game, Beacon Bay, East London Experience better than normal. Service average. Dispatch center helpful and a bit friendlier. I go to game for appliances, prices generally better, service generally lacking. I had researched what I wanted (and price checked) so I was able to be quicker. Game have a good return policy should the appliance have a fault. I would support appliance section again.

Well game is supposed to open at 09:00 I have been standing outside their door it's already 09:15 and still closed with no explanation

I recently purchased a new phone at Game Beacon Bay. I was assisted by the excellent team of Nombeka of Vodacom, Portia of Game and Nosipho of RCS. Not only did I get R1000 off the phone as it was special, I received a further 10 % as it was a Wednesday (vaccination status). The suggested phone Tecno Spark is great and is a bargain for what you get in respect of specifications.

Today I was frantic having misplaced my key for a freezer. Maryann a supervisor was very helpful. Went out of her way to assist. Truly grateful and will definitely come back to her store.
