the
other
lady
are
such
well
informed
staff
and
represent
BT
Games
very
well.
Each
time
,
we've
been
grateful
for
their
input.
However
the
other
manager
dude,
flippen
pathetic!!
Told
me
our
game
would
arrive
on
Monday
(
I
was
on
the
phone
on
a
Saturday)
called
again
on
FRIDAY!
OH
his
stock
arrived
from
Joburg
on
Monday
like
he
said
and
he
realised
our
game
was
not
in
there.
However
he
didn't
see
it
necessary
to
update
me
as
a
customer
who's
paid
upfront
for
a
game
that
there
is
delays
from
head
office.
On
all
counts
I've
had
to
call
inly
to
find
out
still,
no
game.
It's
been
3
weeks
now,
and
still
we're
waiting.
Definitely
good
to
buy
games
that
they
actually
have
in
stock
but
the
whole
prepay
thing
and
wait
a
month
for
something
that
is
in
JHB
and
not
in
Germany
is
absolutely
frikkin
ridiculous,
very
DISAPPOINTED.
Won't
do
this
exercise
again.
Staff
should
be
trained
on
customer
etiquette
and
customer
relations
so
that
they
know
a
paid
customer
ought
to
receive
some
sort
of
feedback
for
an
item
they
have
already
paid
for
!
