    What a bust. So far waiting 35 mins outside the bank. You can jump the Q with an appointment which is impossible to get with loadshedding taking out the towers. Added to that there is (despite their claims) no provision made for the elderly so it's stand or drop because they cant evenprovide a seat. After 50years with the bank - time to change Make that 45 mins outside and another hour inside before spending 10mins with the consultant and no this is not holiday nadness the problem has been there for a long time - boggles the mind

    This bank offers the very worst service i have had from any bank in my life! I have banked with Standard for 50 years, i have seven accounts with the bank, but i have to stand in a queue for four hours to get to a consultant. It is outrageous, and Standard Bank should not use Covid 19 as an excuse.

    Absolutely no service at all. Below pathetic. No one answers the phone at the so called private banking office. Even when calling the consultants on their cell phones they don't answer or terminate the calls. Covid is just an excuse for zero service.

    The branch does not provide a good environment for business transactions, it also appears as if there is no structure to the actual work flow process.

    Poor service, I have been on the line/que for about an hour and when I got inside I was given a chair to make a call to vehicle department just raised my hand to get help from assistant, she said she will be with me shortly but I waited 2 hours but she was helping everyone who's comming in there but not me over 50 people were help on my present while I arived before them. Such a desgrace I even decided to leave without getting any help, I now hate that place with all my heart. Only the security guard I realised is as helpful as and hard working also willing to help people to the correct personnel.

    Spent a long time at the bank for collecting my card, simple, easy to do thing that should not take more than 15 minutes. Worse the place was not full, staff just very slow Standard bank spending time sitting in chairs is not an interesting activity for anybody, please improve your services, very unhappy client here

    Two calls for 15 mins resulted in absolutely nothing being achieved. The call centre syatem is woefully inept and frustrating.

    A very pleasant experience. Many tellers available to help. Swift service from clearly experienced staff. Mom had whole bag stolen..... They managed to identify her with finger prints and give her a new bank card. Well done Vincent park branch.

    Pathetic Bank. I've never seen a bank that treats elderly people as terrible as this branch. My 83 year old grandmother had to wait for assistance for over 90 minutes. No one offered her assistance even though she can barely walk. This new branch is absolutely terrible and have no empathy or compassion for the disadvantaged humans. Shame on you Standard Bank!
