Excellent service At the East London store , I was assisted by a lady named Caylin Adams. Her service was impressive and the knowledge she had of the products I was looking for was amazing.

The one thing that really has me dissapointed was the salesman that assisted us when we were buying a bat lied to me, he said that the bat for my son was a higher grade amd it turned out that it was just a vinyl sticker, wasted R750 on a vinyl sticker covered Kokaburra, i have lost the confidence in them as i trusted the store and the staff.

Really enjoy coming here for our exercise needs. Staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is neat and tidy.

Good service from staff and manageress of cashiers. Unfortunately cant say I am happy about the PULSAR watch manufacturer. Out of warranty costs are atrocious and repairs never last. Could have bought two new watches at these exorbitant cost like R500 and further repair costs. Then the supposed repair carried out not to be successful. 🙄 Very disappointed with PULSAR after sales SERVICE.

One of my favourite places to shop as they have quite a variety of options from sporting goods, to clothing, shoes, camping goods, swimming items, the list goes on. It also helps that I am connected with the store through Discovery Vitality which helps with my rewards etc. The staff are also friendly and helpful and Chantal has always gone above and beyond to assist us!
