Nice Cash crusaders store with good prices.

The store has really change they offer a bigger variety of items and all at really good prices. Im sad to see the second hand games for pc go. I do however understand. Staff service is is good, sales people are calm and collected knowledgeable on items. If they dont know they find out.

Manager of the store Mr Amos Msutwana, is unskilled never resolves customers problems only works with favouritism They sold me a Brand new equipment with 12 Warranty. 3 months later its not working anymore The product was never broken but faulty. Manager want me to pay for the repair but i still deny that still today. 12warranty guys They must change that manager of the store

Great place with exceptional service.

Due to the current state of affairs globally I believe it is part of Health And Safety practice to cover your eyes as the current pandemic can enter through your eyes, I was deeply disappointed when the manager of your Vincent store wouldn't allow me into the store as I was covering my eyes as part of me protecting myself. I'm a Health And Safety Pactitioner who runs Pulse Environmental, Health and Safety Specialists and simply find this rule a gross neglect of the OHS guidelines including acts. I hope you find this in good faith and to deep consideration for the Health and Safety of your patrons.

They have both decent and bad offers, from giving me prices worth my time to offering R30 for coffee machines and R3 per golf club. Sometimes it's a laugh in the face. I do believe though this store gives me the best offers 50% of the time.

Sold me an item as new, only to find out thats its not. Told me afterwards, its brand new second hand

The assistants are generally helpful. The store is crowded and the items are not packed in any logical order. Some of the prices are good, others are absolutely ludicrous! It is interesting if you have time to browse.

I will never waste my time by trying to sell something to another Cash Crusaders again! Let's see how much longer they last...

WOW!!!! Great services as we walked in tight until we left. Highly recommended.

They sold a console to me that didn't function properly. My games wouldn't launch and the controller's analog did not work either. They also did not test the product before pick-up, as indicated on the slip. Very poor service.

Well like all your average second hand shops. But this one at least have staff that really assist you and they do stock new stuff.

😔 Worst service, bought a Dixon Tablet prices were mixed up I refused to pay for their mistake... Got home the centre is not touching and on the receipt says tested by Theo😒 going back tomorrow wonder what's next.. 😐

It was an awesome experience having to shop at vincent crusaders as the staff are so friendly and energetic always willing to assist.
