    They had my phone for THREE WEEKS. Never bothered to check it and had every excuse under the sun as to why they wouldn't fix it. When I provided all the documentation for my cellphone (serial number, proof of purchase etc) they would hesitate and find a different excuse. They also refused to acknowledge the warranty that came with the phone and tried to tell me it was expired - only to become silent when I provided the proof it wasn't. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I'd never recommend such a place to anyone.

    Absolutely shocking service everytime I go there. Always told to phone Customer Care or come back the next day. Today I went in to talk about an issue I was having and was given a number to call. When I told the individual that I had already phoned that number I was rudely told that he was trying to help me, the manager was on a video call and ignored me. Worst service in East London.

    Must be the worst Vodacom shop in the entire SA. You get a phone sent away for repair that is 30 days old and the phone comes back in the same state it was before it left. Then you call to get an update on when the job status and the guy who answers the phone says " I'll be with you in a minute " and carries on typing .......... tick tock tick tock 10 min later ........ Worst service out - Stay far away. Staff are clueless , rather go to Vodacom 4U in Berea. Best service I ever received

    Appalling service, no phone ettiquete whatsoever, worst service i have ever had. The person answers the phone, does not wait for me to talk, just says he is busy with a customer, boom, hangs up the phone.

    Had my phone repaired here, was a total waste of money. They installed a fake screen . 100% dissatisfied with that Mahmud guys repairing skills. Such a let down

    Booked my phone in for screen repair. The phone came back almost 4 weeks later and my fingerprint sensor was not working. I'm telling you now it's been with me for 2 weeks but it's falling apart 💔😢.

    Im very disappointed with vodacom,my mothers phone came for repaires in 2022 november &it was still under warranty i still have'nt got it back. I got an sms that it was done but it was still not working after that there was no communication. I'll never buy a vodacom phone.

    so disappointed, I booked a phone 2 weeks back. I received a call informing me of a 300 excess fee, I asked when can I come to pay. the guy told me I'll pay when collecting. after a week I am receiving an SMS saying they are returning my phone because i did not pay excess fee. I called and I was told they did not know the phone has insurance. they are rebooking my phone. I will get a new Job Number. Vodacom is a disappointment shame

    Mtn full and the ques are moving. Vincent Vodacom branch had 3 people working with 3 in que in que and was waiting over an hour. It felt like a funeral home. This was insane. The guy in the corner by tech support was playing solitare. Never seen such slow pace not even at home affairs.

    I am so disappointed on the lady who was helping me with buying a sim card yesterday. After telling me that she cannot help me with sim swop, she sold me a sim card and did not remind me about RICA. Now I must go back there to RICA a sim card I could have easily RICA'd yesterday. Also, I came back to you guys and your staff is incompetent. They told me they cannot assist me to do a swim swop of a contract sim that is under my husbands name without THEIR manager writing a letter on a vodacom letterhead! This is even though I have a written consent from my husband who is out of the country and I brought all the documents that are needed. I knew I came back against my better judgment. I then went to Hemmingways Vodacom and I WAS ASSISTED with EASE!!! Please train your staff. No wonder your reviews are low. I wasted an hour of my time!

    TERRIBLE experience, I will never go back there. The staff are so unprofessional and frankly couldn't care less about customer service. Firstly, I sat for 10min before anyone (even though there were people available) asked to help me with a sim swap. Secondly, the man I spoke to was quite inappropriate with me with comments like "you're a big girl now" (I'm a 24 year old woman) and he went into my Spotify app and commented on what music I listen to. He continued being very patronizing and sarcastic, AND LOST MY MEMORY CARD. He made minimum effort to try and find it and when I asked him to take it seriously and find it and he responded saying it was a "human mistake" , that I should give him suggestions and that he can just give me another SD card. I emphasized that it is his job to solve his 'mistake' and that my information and privacy is the priority here, not the actual object. He completely dismissed me and told me to come back. When I came back a few hours later he was conveniently not at work and the other staff members were so dismissive and full of attitude. The one lady called someone on the phone and referred to me as "this child" and continued having so much attitude and gossiping, and even laughing. The other staff member was eating behind her desk since the first time I came in.The manager was also conveniently not there. Eventually they found it the next day when I refused to leave until they do, then suddenly they started actually looking for it and found it.

    Had a faulty router and on 1st of March handed it in for repair,told 3-4 days and we would receive sms as the work progressed,really!!After 5 days returned to the store and they said waiting for a replacement from Jburg, Eventually after 10 days of driving to them...from Gonubie as they DON'T answer the phone we got the faulty router back and left. As we were in the area 3 weeks later went in and still not there Would recommend never entering this store.

    I took my Huawei P20 for battery replacement on 5 July 2022 and that man told me he (Mahmood) doesn't have stock so he we'll be able to fix it 8 July, it was a Friday, the battery they put on my phone was not for Huawei P20. My phone couldn't charge and when I went to report that at the store I was told my phone has a problem with the charging port, when I went another store to fix the port they told me that the port has no problem just battery the was not for my phone. I paid R450 for a fake battery.

    I took my phone for repairs on the 13th April 22. Ever since then i haven't received any positive response with regard to the matter and when i took initiative to call them i will be placed on hold for a while and eventually they picked up telling me to wait for 14 days which i have waited for more that now. It's been 25 days to be precise.

    Suka...I took a phone in for repairs on the 23 January 2020 till today I haven't got that phone. I am not sure if they know where the phone coz time and again they call me to check if I had received the phone. Do they even keep records? Those ones can joke with your bread in their hands....

    Horrible service, handed in an Iphone X after buying it damaged. Instead of getting a new one they said they would repair it. They have given me a Samsung Pocket Neo as my loan phone which I have had for the past 5 days and will apparently only recive the phone I paid for next week. I asked for my money back as a broken Iphone is not what I bought and they said that would be impossible... wouldn't reccomend vodacom to anyone, absolutley useless and have 0 customer care. #dogshow THANKS GUYS !

    i went to get my screen repaired and my phone came back in an even worse condition. my screen replacement isnt even put down properly and i can see right into the back of my screen. my phone turns itself on and off, my keyboard types by itself AND my phone glitches and scrolls by itself. the screen is also off centered. extremely horrible service.

😠 No one ever picks up in this store, this is absolutely terrible and then when I eventually went through, the lady was rude to me and told me well they are busy. So why then have telephone line?
