Placed order at17:12, pizza arrived at 19:00. Called three times to follow up on order, never got feed back. Literally left in the dark. Once pizza did arrive our pizza's were ice cold. So I ate ice cold pizza during loadshedding. Never one apology.

Order a pizza 17H35 it is now 19H12 and still no delivery, tried to phone them but "all hands on dough" can't take the call. STILL WAITING STORE CLOSES AT 20H00.... SO WHAT NOW? Amalinda Debonairs. The order is paid for

Ordered a meaty cram-decker pizza with extra cheese, and the only toppings they had on the pizza was ham, tomato and my extra cheese. I contacted Debonairs to complain and they confirmed they would replace my pizza. I received my replacement pizza and to my surprise it was exactly the same as the first one!!! Are they cutting costs by only giving people a ham and tomato pizza? So not impressed!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time and ordered from Debonairs Amalinda. It’s been over an hour waiting for my order, what’s worse is I cannot even track it on the app anymore and no one is picking up

I ordered on the app and the order was received at 12:08. I then arrived at the store at 13:05, showed them my order summary and gpt no feedback or query further about my order. I waited till 13:30 and stood waiting till 13:44 when some actually ask me about my order and the details only to find my order has been there and it's went cold. Very poor service.

I've placed an order an hour ago and it still hasn't arrived yet. Nobody is picking up the phone and nobody bothered to phone me either! What the hell is going on? The order has been payed for. What am I supposed to do now? This is Debonairs Amalinda

Went there to ask for my money back after I waited the whole night for a pizza I had ordered at 4pm the day before. No apology, no explanation. The manager simply gave me my money and went on with her daily tasks. Appalling.

Ordered a pizza over an hour ago and still haven't received my delivey. And noone is picking up and the store closes soon. Very disappointed.

Ordered pizza 2 days back and it was never delivered, no one bothered to call and explained what had happened. I decided to give them a second chance and ordered the pizza again. Same thing happened still not delivered at my doorstep and the lady by the name of Mbali said my pizza is on it's way. I believe that the store is now closed. What a service! So after 2hrs 30minutes they decide to call tell me that the dont deliver in the area I must meet them somewhere. My question is when the driver left with the pizza to deliver where did he think he was going???? Imagine telling the kids that they'll eat pizza for supper and 2hrs after you tell them otherwise and there's nothing to cook in the house...... really debonairs?????

Worst delivery experience ever. Follow up was even worse. So we basically armrest more than 2 hours later given up on the pizza and I had to finish my meeting and go buy pizza

Worst service ever. Ordered at 17h57 for collection. Got there at 18h00 & my order was ready at 19h28. The online system is basically useless & no one cares on that restaurant. This is not my first experience & its always like this

I like how that tall guy just smiles at you when you enter. Makes you wanna come back. My order took a little longer than expected to come out but was worth it. Keep it up guys

Ordered a large cram decker and was 10 minutes late. I was angry but when the gentleman explained to me and told me that he had to deliver the pizza himself (manager) because they were busy. I understood.The amazing thing is how the quality of the pizza have changed recently. I enjoyed it and willing to try it again. let's hope they maintain the quality

Worst restaurant ever. I ordered online at 17:50 they accepted the order. Now is 20:49. I have not received my pizza and I'm sure they are closed now. Spent R60 trying to call was on hold for ever. Debonairs call center can't help. This is the worst I've ever experienced. Why accept the order if you are not going to do it now i have to go there tomorrow for refund.

So disappointed and discussed halve my order not delivered from east London branch

Shocking service. Use the app to ask for delivery at 6PM and at 6:40 I get a call where the driver won't speak English to me and puts the phone down. Then when they do speak they say they don't know where to go and I try explain and they put the phone down. Then 3rd call they tell me they're back at amalinda debonairs. Had issues twobdays earlier and thought I'd give them another shot. Disgusting doesn't begin to describe the service!

I once got a raw pizza, i could literally taste the dough in my mouth. I got a doughy and undercooked pizza again today. I'm never buying there again.
