Very disappointed. The lady did not even ask what I was there for she just said "the prices are by the corner and left" poor professionalism and dismissive behaviour

Stay as far away as possible. Absolute worst store I've ever been to. They are the rudest people I have ever met and are completely unhelpful. The jewelry they sell is awful quality. the nose ring I bought from them broke as soon as I tried using it

Disgusting service!!! The lady who owns the place was low key racist. Only attended the white male customer and literally told us to go look outside and didn’t really assist. She kept pointing through the gate instead of actually helping and we wanted more information so we could book an appointment to get out tattoos done.

I piece there 2weeks ago but I'm not happy with my belly ring cause they piece me with small ring, can't even sit with it and it's being painful for a week now being cleaning it since, so I think they should have piece me with long belly ring.,usually I never had problems with them cz I always piece there and never had any problems.

So disappointing, it was a big deal for me and my husband to have piercings. Nose and Eyebrow. We were rushed and moved around the shop, with no patience or assistance in choosing jewelry. Lady kept telling us that they know what they are doing when we wanted to ask about different sizes. The gentleman that does the piercing has lost his passion totally for what he does, very sad. In the chair, didn't even show me the ring I'd chosen to make sure it was the correct one. Bing Bang, put your head back, piercing done, hands me a tissue and shows me out. Owners we are not popping in to purchase a nail varnish, we are coming to your shop for a life experience. To be treated as valuable humans that are NOT idiots, we just want some kindness and a little bit of understanding, and patience and to be treated as individuals. I'm really sad in a way as a very old East Londoner I took my daughter there for her first piercing it was so very different then.

The lady at the front is rude and we felt we were rushed out, I couldn't even look properly. I bought a gold nose ring and it's not even gold it's turning black and I can snap it with my fingers. There is so many bad reviews of this place. They should get someone else maybe they'll get more customers and sell proper gold not fake. Disappointed.

Terrible service, waited 30 minutes just for that lady to start shouting saying that they’re busy, never going back again and definitely wouldn’t recommend

The customer service was amazing, the lady at the front was very nice and helpful. The man who did my piercing was straightforward, made the experience as quick as possible ergo as painless as possible. Loved it.

Very rude and unfriendly lady in the front, she has no patients and customer skills. She needs to go for customer training .

Super fast and reasonably priced. They slotted me in last minute. Was prepped and pierced in under 15 minutes. I have a low threshold for pain and was super anxious. They calmed me down and really did an excellent job, numbed the area and got it done painlessly. Love my piercing and will definitely recommend.

They are established and very knowledgeable about their trade. Super friendly as well. I got my first piercing here and my second one. These piercings have healed the easiest out of all my piercings. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
