    Not your normal review. Visiting from out of town and thought let me visit and see if I could join a run and have a beer after. Vaughn and the group were very friendly and happy for me to join. It was probably a mistake for a novice runner to join their hill training session for comrades but they kept checking up on me and encouraging me and brought me back a little broken. Thanks for the great hospitality I'm sure I would join this club if I lived in the area

    The Best running club in East London......easy access....training 6 days a week....friendly lively atmosphere. Well attended time trials every Tuesday.
