This is a hidden gem. Only 30 minutes drive from East London. Perfect for Saturday and Sunday morning drives on the Wild Coast. I love how the deco blends in with the theme of this establishment. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Good breakfast and lunch menu, more than just tea! Right next to Olivewood golf estate. Good value, food and atmosphere.

Market Sundays are the best ( find updates on facebook ) There are various stalls & music . Food is good but you may have to wait a while , perhaps order then shop. Great outdoor seating , great ☕

Lovely spot for a quick drink and slice of cake. Would be lovely if they could clean up all the cans and litter around the property. My daughter and I picked up 7 cans from around the play area alone.

Such a lovely place! We arrived a bit early, but was still graciously received. Had to wait for the coffee machine, so received complimentary filter coffee while we waited. The food was delicious and portions were generous. Staff were extremely friendly. The place is also dog-friendly which was awesome. There were quite a few sauces, jams, toys and beaded items for sale a great prices. Would definitely recommend it and will most certainly visit again.

If you like being in nature this is a nice little cafe in the Trees. The views from the deck are stunning. However the food lacked a bit of flavor. It definitely wasn't bad but it also wasn't amazing. The bathroom facilities are filled with bugs and very dark. IG:@nicolelesleyeats

The name literally describes the location. Tea in the trees. Great food. Great value for money. Friendly staff. PS! Treat yourself to the milktart milkshake. It's traditional milktart blended with other ingredients to form the perfect milkshake.

Lovely little cozy rustic place. There's space available inside or outside under the trees. We did not have anything to eat, just popped in for cooldrinks. Staff were friendly. Place is neat. Will definitely pop in again and hopefully have something to eat the next time.

Birthday treat. I ordered a carrot 🍰🥕 as a dessert and it was moist and delicious. Kate and her crew are always consistent with good humour and meals.

I was celebrating my birthday and when we got there they had just closed for a private function, however they let my little one and in and they served us the most delicious breakfast ever, not to mention that we had the whole outside area to ourselves. I sampled different cakes as planned and wow- the best cheesecake I've ever tasted. Tea in the Trees is one of those restaurants you don't easily forget, I will be back.

We had a brunch here on the way into Buccaneers for a family holiday. The food is great and I was very pleased to see a few vegetarian option and milk alternatives. We had a lovely meal.

Was an overall amazing experience, The coffee and cake was great. The Hamburger they offer is large and very good, will definitely visit them again.

Was absolutely amazing. Food was great and very well priced. Also, at the Market I managed to find a prized book that was published in 1902! Was a win all round. See you all again soon!

We had a very good breakfast there sitting outside surrounded by trees. Cheese cake needs some work.

I checked this venue last weekend for a wedding, beautiful venue, well maintained, the friendliest host we met in East London for the weekend😊 Great food and best definitely the best coffee. Go and visit to explore for yourself 🙂 definitely visiting again when in EL.
