Wonderful coast line escape. A quiet, relaxing place with self-catering converted caravans. Plenty of things to explore and aces to relax. We had some issues with the gas heated showers, but other than that a great weekend away. Dog friendly, a few hundred meters from the beach.

Very nice and rustic - Quiet and well maintained - the walk to the beach a bit of a challenge for the vertically impaired - road very bad but because of recent rains - can be understood - no vehicle access to beach

An amazing rural escape on the wild coast. Accommodation only no restaurant or day activities. Glamping style accommodation in revamped caravans. Units Currently (end 2020) under revamp and the new units are certainly worth visiting. Each unit offers a private bathroom and patio area with easy access to a shared, quiet off the beaten path beach. Very few places will ever offer the same tranquillity and exclusivity. A gem on the wild coast. Worth a visit! Ask about the winery on the farm and you might be pleasantly surprised with a tasting.

Book your stay and don't think twice. Such a lovely place. All you need is there. And it's only half an hour from the city. Very clean and well looked after. With the most beautiful piece of coastline

Running a 5 star Lodge ourselves we always visit places and by nature always expect the best of the best and that is exactly what Milkwood Bend is, we absolutely adore this little Gem.Its a piece of Heaven.Cleanliness is top notch,staff brilliant and each unit unique in their own way.The hosts Jolindie and Jannie go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, comfortable and make sure that you have everything you need nothing is to much to ask.This has been our second long stay in the shortest of time and we are already planning our next visit.A little part of paradise that has everything you could possibly need and more.Enquire about their cottage which is new to their portfolio and is an absolute treasure but any unit you get placed in or book will not disappoint,all of them absolutely breathtaking.Thank you guys for everything and we can not wait to see you again!!!!To all who have not visited Milkwood Bend yet GO,IT WILL TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY!!!!
