"Die Kranse" is just stunning!! Walked up there 3 nights in a row to watch the sunset and it just doesn't get old. The way the light falls over the jagged shoreline is just magical!! Just be careful on the edge, being so high over the sea can give some people vertigo. The spot is very popular for picnicking and sundowners. No ablutions available.

Breathtaking scenic views of the ocean and coastline. The road leading here is only accessible to high clearance vehicles and when itโ€™s rained can be slippery and muddy. Park on the main road if you donโ€™t have a 4x4 and walk a short distance to the cliffs.

Road up to cliffs are well maintained for 4x4 and smaller cars too. There are two young boys at the gate ready to open and close for you ( a donation towards their help would obviously be appreciated) when at the top there is more than enough space for a number of cars. The View is spectacular. I would definitely recommend a picnic to make the most of all that beauty the cliffs have to offer.

Possibly one of the most dramatic sundowner spots on the wild coast with waves crashing far below, and lovely views of the bays on both sides

It was very windy while we were there. Great views from there of the bays north and south of the cliffs. The cliffs themselves are not too visible, since you are on top of them.

These spectacular cliffs are soon to become the official start of the Umzila Ka Bawo heritage route , from Morgan Bay to Port Edward - the ultimate adventure route in South Africa. Literally translated Umzila Ka Bawo means the pathways of our forefathers. Starting beneath the triangle rock, these pathways of old are steeped in history and legend WildCoastZA is creating a Camino styled adventure heritage route that will be the first of its kind in the World Well worth a visit if youโ€™re in and around Morgan Bay. If youโ€™re planning on doing the route then Morgan Bay Hotel is my recommended hotel - feels like a home from home If this works for you please give it a ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป below Safe travels

A beautiful diamond along the Wild Coast. Perfect balance of sandy beach and rocky cliffs. The perfect spot to recharge the city fatigue

Superbly beautiful. You need a high clearance vehicle to drive to the top. Otherwise just park at the bottom and walk up. Will take you about 30 mins at a leisurely pace.

The Morgan Bay sea cliffs offer spectacular trad climbing routes. It's beautiful and there's lots to do here even of you're not a climber. Contact Morgan Bay Adventures if you're looking for a great guide!

Spectacular views and great place to relax for a short while. Now with the abseiling crew up the cliffs there are refreshments on sale as well if you're going to spend am extended amount of time walking around the area. It's always windy at the top but not overly cold, however. Bit of a rough climb with the car up the dirt road, so am off road vehicle would be recommended.

Great place for sundowners and taking spectacular photos. Road quite rough to get there, but that adds to the appeal.

We didnโ€™t know about these cliffs until one day we decided to visit Morgan Bay beach. After taking a walk on the beach we decided to climb up this hill and that was the best decision we took that day ๐Ÿ˜‚ apart from deciding to go to MB in the first place. The views are wonderful and lucky for us it was sunset ๐ŸŒ… the sound of the waves clashing into the cliffs is soo calming and relaxing. Great place for a sundowners, a picnic or just a few beers with mates or to enjoy some intimate time with your partner and significant other. Definitely would go there again

We loved it ...we were able to walk up the mountain and all the way along the cliffs. Such a beautiful and relaxing area. I was able to get some good drone shots.

๐Ÿ‘ What a memorable experience. My 2 year old daugther loves motorcycles and really enjoyed this experience. So much to see...motorcycles everywhere you look. ๐Ÿ‘ Not recommended for a normal sedan type vehicle unless it's a rental. SUV will suit the job much better. It's nice to go see the lighthouse but shrub obstructs most of the view of the ocean.

๐Ÿ‘ Interesting to return 20 years later to find that nothing much has changed. Except that every river was in flood, and it RAINED. And the wind blew. There is a need for some maintenance and the re-building of the Cape Henderson hut should be priority. Haga Haga is a poor overnight option. A tough 4...
