I was waiting to ask if they had time for a service but they totally ignored me. Two other clients came after me and got acknowledged right away. Just tell me you're busy and I'll just go my way but don't just let people waiting like you're doing them a favor.

lady was horrible she had long nails and literally scratched me as shw was cutting my hair (horribly btw). never coming back here again!

I’ve always had great service, but for some reason when it was my turn to cut my hair Brenda decided to take a break, that was so rude and disrespectful, never coming again to this place!

I was looking for a really good salon near me and I thought I'd give this one a try since I saw all the great comments about how awesome it was. Personally, I didn't really enjoy my experience. It could be different for others, but the stylist that cut my hair didn't listen to anything I told her. I have really thick hair, so layers just makes my hair puff up and after repeatedly telling her I didn't want layers she set her mind on giving me "long layers." I'm just disappointed she didn't listen to me, and I know that the experience for others might be very different from mine, but this is why I am giving it 2 stars. I'm sure there are great stylists at this salon, but whoever it was that styled my hair on a Saturday at 9am definitely did not even make the effort to cut my hair as I would have liked to have it cut. Hope others have a better experience.

This place is seriously is a hidden gem. The only person I ever go to for my hair is Brenda. She has such a good hand and style for haircuts. Not to mention hair color, she always knows exactly what to do. I can’t speak highly enough of her, great person with great service!

Went to get some highlights and they burnt a patch of hair off and didnt tell me. I noticed until the next day. I went back and they didnt do anything about it. They didnt offer to correct their mistake. Wont be going back again. Overpriced and very unprofessional.

Came with my Husband and workers just Gave us bad looks right as we walked in. Esmeralda was my Stylist but completely Ruin my Hair. She needs more Training. Never coming back

Been going to this place since I was small my mom wanted their now I'm going their I really like it but the only thing that i dont like that they have a lot of young people and I don't even think they know what they're doing I tried to give one of them a chance to do my eyebrows and she totally missed them up so never again and I'm going to stick to the people that I always go to like luze and I think if she ever leaves I will not go there any more because I just wont trust any one there any more
