These are nice & quiet apartments that are kept up well. Lovely landscaping, clean, non-smoking. Also amazing is the staff. The maintenance crew does a great job of fixing things quickly, and the office team is SO kind and helpful. I feel very taken care of by everyone I've interacted with. Shout out to Michael G for his help recently as well as Ricardo. Both were so kind and friendly in helping get my issue resolved.

Best Apt living! My 3 years here have been wonderful! Super thrilled with the staff! Quiet and Clean! The staff always has a smile and gets back to you quickly. Thank you ATCAH for going above and beyond, The Maintenance staff is also top notch, led by top boss Maria! The Office Managers are very professional and super friendly! They all work very hard to keep that entire community top notch! Once again, a highly recommended place to live, laugh and love and most importantly to call home!

Excellent, professional, courteous, timely. He ensured my cat was safely tucked away before opening the door, and he checked about the cat once again he when returned with the door.

My family and I are absolutely delighted with our apartments! Upon arrival, they were absolutely clean. The territory of the complex deserves special attention. lots of beautiful trees and green grass, amazing pool and jacuzzi. The manager Mike helped us a lot when we checked in. He is very smiley and sociable! We are very grateful to all managers for the feedback and the solution of all emerging issues. We recommend this wonderful place to everyone!

This is a great place live. I'm 10 miles from work and right next to the 73 Toll Road. Proximity to work was an important item when looking for a place. The apartment grounds are very well kept and the wood floors and stainless steel appliances add a nice touch to the place. Mike and his team are quick to act on any issue presented to them the entire team, office staff and maintenance people go above and beyond to provide quality service. The leasing process was one of the easiest i have experienced. They really do want to rent to you. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Very happy , clean and quite very luxury , the pool is very similar to 5 stars hotels and the barbecue area and the patios Furnutures , you can invite guest and watch sport on 2 large screens TV. Clean tables and chairs eating there in beautiful view and sunny day . First class place . The team in the office and maintenance crows are very friendly and very helpful feel like you life close to families. Thank you to all the team.

I really enjoyed living here, it is very quiet, clean and the upgraded pool area is so nice to hang out with family to swim and bbq. They have beautiful cabanas as well. The leasing office team at Aliso Town Center was amazing when I had to break the lease. Michael and his team were so helpful, kind and led me through the process and I can’t thank them enough!

I recently became a resident of Aliso Town Center. I've experienced numerous other rental complexes in the past and found this community to be the best. It's amenities, which include the pool, spa and fitness center are outstanding. I particularly enjoy the quiet and ambiance of the grounds. I have also found the management team to be very responsive and professional. I highly recommend this lovely community for anyone wanting an outstanding apartment living experience.
