First time there. Would be last time there. It was one of the few clinics open on Sunday. Not well organized at all. The doctor was like one foot out the door for the next patient while I told her my symptoms. She didn't give me any small idea what was wrong but I already knew. I did get an expensive injection that worked for my minor lung infection but prescribed other expensive medication that, in reality, I did not need. And like other people here said, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. That's why no insurance is accepted and it's CASH ONLY basis. Go somewhere else for better evaluation.

Worst experience the doctor could not help me because of covid. I thought their job was to help people who are sick not push them away. Would not go back here!!!

The worst clinic I have ever attended. The nurses look like salespeople, instead of giving you a prescription, they write down what you are going to need on a napkin to dry your hands and they make your bill on the napkin. I went for a yeast infection. throat and they wanted to prescribe me more than 6 medications and run a bill of more than 300 dollars.

Terrible Didn’t want to help my dad just because he was positive for covid like a month ago and he had a negative test and he show it to them and not even after that they want to help him Horrible Dr. horrible people ... They not even deserve one start 0 stars clinic

Be extra alert, they played my mom and stole her money. They take advantage of those only seeking care. They told her one thing and then lied about it about her needing a procedure done which she didnt need only to take her money. Place is a fraud, "nurses" which are probably just nurses aids and not actually nurses are clueless and liars

This place always treat me with respect and always helping me when I need it it’s very clean and I love coming here and I trust the doctors and nurses are always sweet and respectful to me I give this place 1000% I recommend coming here always and I know it’s a little long for the wait time but it’s worth the wait trust me and for the bad reviews don’t believe them it’s not true thank you god bless this place 🤍😊

This place is a patient's worst nightmare. The service is horrible, the majority of the staff have no idea what they're doing or how to properly administer injections or a TB test. Their attention to detail is lack luster at best and for the amount of money they charge their cash patients they should be ashamed of how horrible they treat them. We were referred here as it is somehow on the approved list of clinics our lawyer gave us. It was the biggest mistake ever. We've been given the run around for our results and made to get unnecessary treatments due to their incompetence.

Scam, Irresponsible and dirty practice. We went in for a physical during a trip to L.A. they told us the results the results would be ready in 48 hours. The results were not ready and came in after we had to leave. They don't want to provide the results and they claim the doctor is never available to do a skype call. All my money down the drain because they failed on their end. We have been calling daily since leaving and they give the run around.

It's my first time and also will be my last in this clinic. Doctor left early and had the patients wait for hours for the next doctor to come in.Waited for more than 2 hours just to be seen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.It's not worth it.

Bad service always putting you on hold and making you wait for long or hang up on you and the they make you wait 2 to 3 hours in the waiting room not a good place to go

In general, in all the clinics they make you wait 3 to 4 hours and the truth is in their favor, in general they have told me what we have and they give us medications

Since coming this urgent care clinic and seeing Dr. Bonnie for close to a decade for different illments, I now only come for my physical once a year because now I hardly get sick thanks to GOD blessings on Dr. Bonnie 's healing touch 🙏🙏🙏

It is a clinic with very, very bad service. It only cares about how much money they take and they put a lot of medicine that according to them you have to buy. I don't recommend it at all. The nurses are all bitter. If you don't like their job, why do they do it? They are of no use. Please don't. go to that place
