Worst customer service,didn't have all parts needed to do a job eveytime i go there. Who runs this place?Heard service dept is just as bad,lack of good mechanics.I.won't shop there anymore

I call this people to see if was possible to check an electrical fault in my international truck, so I told the guy that I just wanted to check the problem and if was possible to fix it with out leave the truck good because I was on the middle of a delivery... so I drove 80 Miller out of my way to there and when I arrived the told me that I needed to leave the truck my, the manager of this shop was really rude and I couldn't do anything, o lost 4 hours and diesel because this people so... guys don't use this shop please

Worst customer services.I never ever go back there. They promised 26 ft box but they wanted to give 24 instead.And 3 weeks later they tell me that there is no such truck,we already sold it to another! Especially David Pan can not handle customers...

Needed brake shoes. They would not change them unless i purchased a new set of drums. I was quoted $1800 for ONE axle and the guy couldnt explain why the invoice was so high. The lot was full of other CMV's so I assumed they were reputable. I end up going to a speedco and paying $400 out the door. Drums were fine.

I guess I’m not the only one that had problems with parts department. Workers are friendly and respectful. The manager is disrespectful and unfriendly and cuts you off like you were his son. Unprofessional management

I would say they did help me get my first truck so I appreciate it. But the truck they sold me has been a nightmare in repair cost. And it has a lot of rust that was spray painted over. Overall I say I wouldn't buy a truck here again. Thanks anyways the truck is still kicking but breaks down every other week and needs parts and more parts and more parts, it never ends!

Highly recommend this dealer. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve gone to other dealers where you walk in and they don’t even notice you, also if Peter is working you’re in good hands. I bought a seat from them and Peter was able to help out with the metal base part on the bottom.

Was closed on Saturday, 12.20pm. although in Google it says that it is open today until 3.30pm, and on the store itself there is a sign that is open today until 2.30pm. We drove 20 miles for nothing!!!!

Decent customer service, get you in, get you out and on your way. Never had any complaints about the work performed on the vehicles either.

we have a brand new Hino, and having a issue with it. the huntington park location wants to charge me to look at it, we told them its under warranty and they still want over $350.00. this place is scamming us, wants us to pay money for warranty work
