Let me start off by saying. Wow! These cookies are the best I've had since my grandma's cookies. The best part about them is the crunch, while still maintaining the soft inside. They've mastered making cookies, and I'll be coming back soon, whenever I see anything that catches my eye on the weekly menu.

First time to try this place out. Cookies were good, thick, sweet, (some were a little too sweet) very soft and reasonable.

Visited about 2 weeks ago, and the flavors of the week were delicious!! The service is extremely fast, you order in the self-order kiosk, choose your items and a few minutes later your order comes out, with just made very warm cookies. And you'll fall in love!!! Will definitely be going back, and trying new flavors of the week. Although I gotta say the classic chocolate chip was amazing!!!

Holy cow this place is delicious! I've yet to have a cookie from here that I didn't love. I am spoiling my family tonight and got myself one to snack on for today. The customer service is great and the staff are super friendly. They do different cookie flavors weekly which is awesome!! I cannot recommend this place more. Thank you!

Let me start off by saying their cookies are probably the best I've had in my entire life. That being said, it appears the quality control here is lacking based on my experience. I purchased a 4 pack of cookies from the Redlands store on 12/11/2021.When I got home my wife bit into one if the gingerbread cake cookies and there was a HUGE piece of plastic in the frosting (see pictures) that she almost swallowed. She pulled it out of her mouth and cleaned it off and it appears to be the cut corner of a plastic bag or some type of food packaging. Like I said, the cookies are great. But be cautious and maybe cut their cookies into pieces before serving especially to children.

Cookies, please! If you're having a snack attack and crushed between a cookie and cake .. crumble cookie is the answer. This place sends my taste buds on vacation. Friendly staff, place is clean and smells lovely.

It doesn't smell like cookies when you walk in. They are always making cookies, so why doesn't it smell like cookies are being made? These cookies are SO VERY, VERY GOOD!!! One thing I feel uncomfortable with is the tipping option when you are making your order. Do you decide how much to tip when you sit down at a restaurant? Of course not! It's when you see how well you are taken care of. At Chick-fil-A, they take great care of everyone! However, they don't expect tips. And they definitely don't ask for one as you are making your order. If I saw that my cookies were getting a little extra toppings, that would be tip worthy. But the cookies are already very expensive!

Delicious Cookies! I’ve tasted the Pumpkin Brownie Cookie & the Strawberry Cheesecake & they were equally fantastic. I got the box of 6 for $25 yes a little pricey but the portions are huge. The cookie is as big as my hand. Can’t wait to try their other flavors. So soft and fresh!

A very nice place the cookies are are very sweet but for a family treat once in a while I will definitely be back 😋

We're always excited to see the cookie lineup for the week. Most of them that we have tried have been really good. Very unique flavors. A bit pricey but it's to be expected considering the size of the cookies and the quality.

This place was awesome. Kinda like the cookie version of cupcakes. The flavors are good and they feature different ones every week. My favorite is the Chocolate Milk. Little bit on the pricey side so it's definitely an indulgence. Inside was clean and staff was courteous and efficient.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I ordered ONE cookie and they refused to take my order and forced me to use a computer screen and then gave other people's cookies first who ordered huge 4 packs who ordered after me. I waited over 10 minutes for a measly cookie. Don't bother. Cookie co is FAR SUPERIOR to this dump

My children and I Just love being able to splurge here when we get the chance! It's become out favorite little spot as a family!

Amazing cookies for a treat. Can get pricey. Amazing flavors and staff is great. Can't go wrong to grab something from this place. Especially, when you are craving cookies.

I ordered thru DoorDash my cookies came mushed. And 2 of them where the wrong cookies that I ordered. I was so mad. N I called and was next in line but was on hold for 30 min until someone hung up
